Maddie was really helpful and knowledgeable when advising about first shoes for my grandson. She was patient and friendly with him while encouraging him to try out his shoes.

Excellent service from Sophie at the Worcester store. Fitted my daughter for school shoes. She was patient and chatted with my daughter to make her feel at ease.

We had a brilliant experience today having my child’s feet measured and choosing new shoes. There was lots of choice and staff were very attentive and helpful. Thank you to Maddie for being so kind and patient.

My shopping assistant, Maddie from Worcester, was really helpful and found me a pair of shoes and insoles and also suggested a few other items that I didn’t need but I had a great experience and found a pair of shoes that really suit me. Thank you Clark’s and Maddie.

I popped in to look for some new work shoes on Friday and was amazed how great the experience was. I was in and out in 15 minutes with a brand new pair of shoes. There was a friendly atmosphere in the shop and I was served by Sophie who was excellent and really knew the range of products. Would definitely go back next time I need new shoes!

Today I took my 2 and a half year old son to the Worcester store for some new sandals for summer! Assistant “Sophie” served us and she was absolutely exceptional! My son was really taken with her fun and yet calm manner and managed to keep him interested to try on 4 pairs of shoes without running away! He had a lovely time! Small children are hard work and it makes such an amazing difference to the shopping experience when staff are so kind and good at keeping them interested and engaged! Plus they were lovely sandals for a great price!

I visited the Worcester store and was pleasantly greeted by Anna and Sophie who were able to help me source a pair of shoes for my return back to work after my maternity leave. They were able to offer me plenty of suggestions and recommendations and had lots in stock for me to try. I successfully purchased and I am thoroughly pleased with my choice. Would highly recommend a visit to such a friendly store.

Ask for Alex! He was really helpful. Didn’t push any shoes on to us but his advice was great. Went in for some summer shoes… couldn’t see any we liked but left with school shoes 😂 He was very thorough. Thank you Alex!

Heather was super helpful and patient when fitting twin toddlers, as they went around the store completely trashing the displays.
