They are a black hole
They are a black hole.
I tried to using them, I both wrote an email and phoned over 13 days ago- I have heard nothing. I know they read the email because I have a tracker. The lack of customer service pre sale is so bad, I can't begin to imagine what is after they have my package and money. I will not be using them
Update Fwiw there was no response to my email and the voice message on their number says leave a massage we will get back to you. Neither happened

The shipping company disagreed. James dealt with the shipper and the issue immediately. He saved us some money and headaches trying to deal with the shippers AI bots and their tired customer service people.
