It was my first time importing a pallet, very helpful!
It was my first time importing a pallet by sea, from UK to Vancouver. I forgot I needed a broker to clear customs. After looking at reviews and reaching out to a few companies, Clear It was the quickest to respond with the best prices. I went ahead with them and they cleared my pallet extremely fast, their customer service was quick and helpful. My pallet cleared customs on time so I did not incur warehouse storage fees.

Very easy and user friendly website
Very easy and user friendly website. Documents are easy to upload and the entire process flows without any issues. Prices are very reasonable and I never have to worry about my goods clearing customs. We have used clearit.ca a few times and we are thrilled here at picturestock.com

Timely and Easy Service
When carriers (looking at you DHL) were telling me that it would take CBSA 3-5 business days to clear a commercial shipment, ClearIt was able to get it done same day.
I've been using ClearIt for 4+ years. They are easy to work with and they remove a point of frustration from my day. As a small business I really appreciate that!

Hi Brad - Thank your for the feedback. Unfortunately, after looking into this with DHL, it seems that brokerage was not properly assigned to Clearit and therefore did not make it to us for clearance. Ultimately, DHL cleared this on their own. We apologize for the frustration and we hope to work with you again soon.

Clearit.ca is a Black Hole
It took 2 weeks for our shipment to clear customs because Clearit.ca was waiting for a POA form but never requested it from anyone. Only from working with the trucking company, did we discover the problem. Clearit.ca never responded to numerous emails and voicemails to resolve the issue. Hope I never need to work with them again.
