Online purchasing has not worked well, I have had to call twice for assistance.

Ordering was a breeze. Contacts arrived in no time. Discounts made the price reasonable.

I received my new glasses today, so I can't tell how the added features will feel like, but I can say it is exactly what I ordered and it arrived fairly quickly and about a week before the original ETA

The contacts are good but unfortunately I could not eat it due to it containing pork gelatin. Next time I would appreciate gummies that are either halal, kosher, made with fish gelatin, or plant based.

I am NEVER ordering from clearly contacts or referring a friend. I was charged 207.98 for a subscription of PRESCRIBED contacts and received a delivered notification. When I went to check my mailbox there was No package no key and or slip letting me know where my package was. I also saw in my account with clearly that the order was delivered with a delivery status claiming for May 5th.

So I waited and still no package after 5 days.
NOT ONLY did clearly charge me 207.98 but they continued to hold the amount for 7 days.
I phoned clearly and was met with rude customer service agent. She said I would not be billed again despite letting her know I didn’t even receive my package. I contacted my bank to which they said they couldn’t do anything as it was up to the merchant.

I phoned clearly AGAIN, the following day and was told I wouldn’t be charged again for the package and let them know it was claimed as delivered. They asked me to wait yet again until the 28th.

Mind you my order was made on the 20th payment was received on the 23rd and package was sending me emails that it was delivered on the 22nd!

I’ve phoned Canada post as well and they see my package as delivered but have no reason as to where it’s gone if it was lost or not and they started a formal complaint for my “lost package”
I have spent over 8 days total on the phone with multiple clearly customer representatives who all said they couldn’t do a single thing for me. I even spoke with the manager who also said there was nothing she could do!
Even after they charged me, then held 400$ of mine and STILL NO PACKAGE.

I just got off the phone now with a rep who said my inky two options were a refund and or waiting for them to “find my package” worst company and customer service you’d think they would be more than willing to help accommodate and or give some sort of credit for this hassle and yet nothing.

Clearly contacts has never given me such hassle before but this time was and is incredibly frustrating.
Clearly contacts won’t assist you in this situation. Save your money and use another service.

This was absolutely unnecessary I won’t be referring anyone and will be saving people from clearly moving forward.

Came 2 weeks earlier than the estimated ETA. Packed well, order correct. Will definitely be ordering contacts again

Your subscription emails were confusing and I ended up getting 2 boxes of 90 day contacts shipped within days. Annoying. Then when I canceled tge submit said I wouldn't getvthec20% off, yet there is currently a 20% off sale on for regular purchases. The "sales" always seem misleading. Never a true sale just a regular price...
