Address change
I waited for my address to change it was over 6 weeks not been updated . I contacted clearscore, they emailed back telling me what do and they would sort out the issues. Now everything as it should be and happy they sorted it out. The experience of their email time has been exceptional couldn’t rate it high enough. The customer service i received was fantastic.

Really good experience with ClearScore…
Really good experience with ClearScore yesterday. My address hadn’t updated properly on my account, but Shivagamy sorted it out quickly with no hassle.

I had a problem with my new address not…
I had a problem with my new address not showing on my file even though I’d been living here for about 9 months. However when I emailed them they responded extremely quickly and even replied at the weekend. In a Matter of no time this was sorted and on my report and my credit score went straight back to how it should be. I spoke to Hanif Shaikh who was a massive help! Don’t be afraid to contact them if something is wrong, you will get a speedy response and don’t have to wait weeks and weeks.

This page is informing people so WRONG that to me it looks criminal, at lest to me, a seniour citicense.
I do have a BAD score, WHY ?????
I have a stable income, i dont owe anything, i dont have a credit card, im not late on payments and and and
Im told i would be better with 2-3 credit cards and some unpayed regular payments. Since 2022 i have just managed litle over 420 in my credit list on Credit Score. How come ?????? This is so fraudelant that i HAVE to inform everyboy about it.

My current address was not listed on my…
My current address was not listed on my ClearScore account and therefore my credit score was not correct. After a couple of emails to the support team at ClearScore the issue was resolved and my credit score increased. Great service and a quick resolution.
