I was really struggling to find someone to come out and fix my car for me until I found this website. All the mechanics on here have absolutely wonderful reviews and the mechanic I had myslef was so knowledgable and quick at his work. He arrived early which is a bonus and he fixed my car up to a high standard! Would defiantly recommend you using this website to help find yourself a mechanic too.

Completely scammed absolutely terrible …
Absolutely terrible from start to finish, mechanic Mohammad asim from
Smart Solution came, they missed the spark plugs off my major service, used poor quality oil, and spoke very poor English! They proceeded to show me the “spark plugs removed” but was clearly from another job and lying through there teeth to my face, the next day I had a mechanic come and remove them to find they was not changed and in a bad state. Click mechanics have been very unhelpful after saying to do payments through there website to stay protected have disregarded the situation and said they cannot help get any money back! Stay clear from this website and definitely the business stated above!

Unprofessional Service
I booked for a mechanic to go out and check a car over that I was interested in buying. He noticed there was a radiator leak but this got fixed before purchase. He didn't warn me that the head gasket had gone which meant when I picked the car up it broke down within the drive home. On further inspection the base of the car is patched up with filler rather than being welded. I feel completely scammed by both the seller and Click Mechanic who refuse to give me any find of refund. The car costs over £1200 to fix and I'm having to now scrap it.

From our viewpoint:
- There was a period of approx 14 days between vehicle inspection and first contact from you in this regard - a period in which anything could have reasonably occurred.
- Pre-purchase inspections are not offered with any form of warranty or guarantee, are predominantly visual only, and neither are they intended as either a recommendation to purchase or avoid the vehicle in question, as per the disclaimer within the report.
- You booked a basic-level inspection, and it was clear from reviewing the mechanic's report that it exceeded our requirements, and indeed, they noted that due to a leaking radiator, a road test could not be safely conducted.
- The report score was only 47 out of 100. A score that should raise red flags with any potential purchaser.
For those reasons, Edie, from our mediatory perspective, we were unfortunately not able to support your complaint on this occasion.

Not able to diagnose the cars fault
Not able to diagnose the cars fault. Issue with the coolant system. Mechanic said there's no leak and it's in my head yet the issue persist. The company is only good if you know what you want to fix.
