Overall it's a great platform to use! Previously our company used Wrike, then we switched to ClickUp. We switched mainly because of the price. The platform its self does everything that we would want/need, it matches Wrike in most ways. The request forms could be better, I prefered Wrike where after submitting a form your request appeared and did not 'disappear' as it seems to in ClickUp- however this is a small feature. ClickUp are always releasing new features and allow you to upvote for changes you would like.

ClickUp is a flexible product that I've used both at work and personally. While it's a task management system at its core, we've found a broad range of use cases for it, creating structure and filling gaps in our work processes.
ClickUp are constantly adding new functionality. The AI capabilities are still new, but are starting to shift from gimmick to helpful - still a way to go, but they're giving it a genuine crack.

Its a good tool for project management and tracking your milestones. It has tons of features plus an AI integration which actually makes sense

As an online business manager, I've worked with all of the big project management names out there. ClickUp is, by a large margin, the best in my opinion.

Just like any other platform, there are some frustrating things I have encountered with ClickUp; nothing is perfect.

ClickUp is my go-to project management tool and I do recommend it to my clients if they are tech savvy.

It does have a learning curve, but last year and soon after ClickUp 3.0 was launched, I was able to get rid of my Notion and Airtable and make everything I wanted to do in those platforms possible in ClickUp.

The new connective search function is my absolute favorite function--even over the other AI things. I have attached my Google Drive, my email, and my Slack and I can search for a conversation I remember having with a client and find it quickly, even if I forgot to document it in my client management board because it's all connected.

I'm excited to see what's next for ClickUp and to continue growing alongside it.

well, clickup got upgraded...and to be honest, it is good, became more convenient to me.
i like how some of the prev things got reorganized, yes, at the beginnig it felt a bit off, but actually i realized the change was for the good
Now i click up everywhere 😅😅...also, their customer support is quite responsive and attentive, always had pleasant experiece chatting

Lots of bells and whistles but unreliable - was a few years and still is today. So buggy on the basics, not worth it. stay away

ClickUp is hands-down the best all-in-one productivity tool I’ve ever used. It replaced Trello, Asana, Notion, and Google Docs for me in a single platform. The hierarchy (Spaces → Folders → Lists → Tasks) keeps everything perfectly organized, and I love having 15+ views (Board, Gantt, Calendar, Table, Mind Map, Workload…) in one place.

Built-in Docs, Whiteboards, AI assistant, and rock-solid automations save me hours every week. Performance is snappy even with thousands of tasks, and the mobile apps actually work great.

This effective support and the continuous development of new features that meet my needs, even those I wasn't always aware of, make ClickUp an indisputable choice.

The fact that you can make suggestions and actually see them implemented makes you feel genuinely seen and valued as a user.
