Most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Many people were dissatisfied with the product's quality, reporting issues such as leaking, splitting, and breaking after minimal use. Customers also found the price to be excessive for what they received, often feeling that the product was not worth the cost. The user experience was frequently criticized, particularly the difficult and time-consuming process of resetting the product by boiling it, with some finding it impractical and unsafe. Some people were dissatisfied with the customer service, mentioning unresponsiveness to warranty claims and issues with replacements. However, some customers also noted positive experiences with customer service, highlighting swift reactions to problems and complimentary gifts. While some found the product to be effective for pain relief and appreciated its reusability, others felt the heat did not last long enough and the product was a waste of money.

I really like this

I really like this. Got for neck and shoulder pain and was dubious because of the price, even on sale dear enough. However, I've been using every day since and it's brilliant. So versatile, important to read the instructions and know how to use first as it's definitely different but I would 100% recommend. Re-usability is excellent and would save in long run having to buy other products that won't last and don't always give great relief. Love this.

I bought 2 full sets from the Shopping Centre at Port Laoise, and we just love it!!!
I found the boiling part in the beginning a bit difficult, but the more I use it, the easier it gets. I just boil a pan with water, and I put a towel on the bottom so it won’t stick to the pan.
I just love it and can’t wait to give it as a Xmas gift to family members.

SAVE YOUR MONEY

SAVE YOUR MONEY. Heat and cold duration is NOT what they advertise it as. My hot and cold pack I bought from Walmart does a much better job.

Absolute waste of money

Absolute waste of money. Heat does not stay even for 15 mins. Resetting (immersing in boiled water for 15 mins) is just a time consuming, difficult work.

Purchased a “show deal” of Clix therapy products at NEC from a very persuasive salesman . Got products home and realised they were not really suitable to me because of the method of “resetting” the products being by boiling in a pan - which the salesman had failed to tell me .emailed the same day and by the end of next day - which was a Sunday - was promised a full refund - no quibble and no need to return the items . Refund recd within 4 days . Could not fault the customer service .

Outstanding Customer Service

The sales representative was knowledgeable. I then had an issue with one of the handwarmers and contacted customer service. They immediately sent a replacement. I’m very satisfied with my experience with this company and would recommend.

Absolute complete scam of a product

Absolute complete scam of a product. I was convinced into buying it at the Ideal Homes show. They told me it would last an hour and that it was a quick warm up in hot water to get it to reset. First claim, it lasts only 15 minutes at most and then gets cold and hard. Then to reset, it's not a quick warm up, but the full pot of water has to be at a full boil and these have to boil for a LONG time. This is an absolute nightmare. If you miss just a few crystals, you have to start all over again. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this product.

Absolute scam of a product

Absolute scam of a product. I was duped into buying it at a state fair. They told me it would last an hour to an hour and a half, and that it was a quick warm up in hot water to get it to reset. First claim, it lasts only 15 minutes and then gets cold and hard. Then to reset, it's not a quick warm up, but the full pot of water has to be at a full boil and these have to boil for a LONG time. If you miss just a few crystals, you have to start all over. Lastly, they told me these could be frozen into soft ice packs. Also false! I tried several times to freeze them but they activate in the freezer and turn rock solid and don't stay cold. Stay far away from these guys!

Very goed service after purchase

It was disappointing to see that the foot had no click and I was scared it would be a whole process to get one. But I explained my problem on the site at the helpdesk and in i few days I will have my new item, so I’m very pleased. That’s a goed service! I’m very happy and I would buy something from Clix Therapy again.

Disappointed with Product Performance and Reliability

I purchased a kit at the State Fair for over $200, drawn in by the promise of easy use and reliable heat therapy. I sent one of the large back & knee pads with my daughter to college and kept the rest for myself. Unfortunately, the experience has been frustrating and disappointing.
My daughter called me in a panic after trying to use her pad—white powder had leaked everywhere, making a mess and raising safety concerns. I had a similar issue while traveling in Leavenworth: four hand warmers malfunctioned and had to be thrown away immediately.
The remaining back and knee pad I use at home doesn’t hold heat for even 30 minutes, and the reset process is overly complicated and unreliable. For the price and the promises made, this product has not delivered.

I understand now why it’s so poorly rated

I can see why it has so many 1 start rating. I bought mine at the state fair cause they had a both. I used it one and it felt amazing but then when I tried to reheat it, it wouldn’t work. I fully melted it but it started to re-solidify. I tried to use the little metal clicker only for it to slice through the bag super easily causing it to leak everywhere. I really just wanted something to help with my cramps.
