It was a very frustrating day for me, as I was being redirected from site to site while trying to locate my DNS settings. Excellent Technical Support - Problem Solved Quickly
Hassaan provided outstanding support in diagnosing and resolving severe CPU spikes on my WordPress/WooCommerce server. My load average had climbed to 21-25, causing significant performance issues.
He quickly identified the root causes:
Aggressive bot crawling from ChatGPT and Facebook crawlers
A ShortPixel plugin issue repeatedly hitting 404 image URLs
Hassaan Ahmad implemented effective solutions and the results were immediate - my load average dropped from 21-25 down to 0.19. He was thorough, explained the issues clearly, and resolved everything efficiently.
Highly recommend Hassaan's technical expertise. Great service from the Cloudways support team.
