My experience with Cloudzy has been very good overall, and the service has been reliable. The only improvement I would strongly suggest is related to backups and snapshots.

It would make a big difference if users could easily create backups and export snapshots in a portable format that can be downloaded, safely stored, and quickly re-imported when needed. Having a simple and clear way to export and restore snapshots/backups would significantly increase user confidence and overall platform safety.

This feature would add an important extra layer of security and peace of mind for all users.

I’m satisfied with Cloudzy’s VPS service and support. The team was helpful with DNS and SMTP configuration and explained the requirements clearly. Issues were handled step by step and resolved without delays. Overall, a reliable provider with responsive technical support.

Experience: Reliable service, great pricing, fast performance, and an intuitive panel. I also appreciate the clean, unbanned IPs Cloudzy provides.

Improvements: Offer more granular (and affordable) VPS droplets and clearer information on network bandwidth.

Smoother use: A public status page for maintenance/outages.

Hands down as one of the most reliable VPS service, their support team is always there to help you and resolve anything.

I have been using Windows VPS for some time, and overall the pricing is reasonable for a Windows VPS solution.

In the past, when there were server-related issues, recovery usually took about a week, which I understood and accepted. However, this year the support experience has been much more disappointing. Recently, my Windows server license expired, and the support request was repeatedly passed between teams without clear ownership or updates. Despite multiple follow-ups, it took around four days to receive proper feedback.

As a small business owner, this kind of delay has a significant impact on operations. I can only imagine how much more serious the impact would be for larger businesses. This feedback is shared respectfully from the perspective of a long-term customer who has never had major issues or special requests before.

I hope can improve their support responsiveness and communication going forward.

I am completely satisfied with their performance. They compensated me for the internet outage in Iran and my inability to access my server.

This is the WORST VPS experience EVER! Paid with USDT for forex trading VPS, but ONLY old Windows Server 2008 R2 available - COMPLETELY UNUSABLE, cannot install MetaTrader 5 (MT5) at all due to compatibility errors!

Support is a TOTAL JOKE and BROKEN:
- Ticket system full of bugs and 404 errors, cannot submit anything!
- Official support portal completely inaccessible with errors!
- Emails from my registered email rejected as "not original" - TOTAL LIE!
- No refund or cancellation button anywhere!

Wasted my ENTIRE NIGHT trying to fix this garbage service. Demanding FULL REFUND under 7-day policy NOW - give me my USDT back!

Cloudzy is a nightmare fraud - avoid at all costs! Unusable product, fraudulent broken support!

Overall, despite the initial issue, I’m satisfied with how the situation was handled and with the level of customer support provided.

Uptime is generally reliable. When a problem arises, support seems virtually non-existent. Boilerplate responses. No phone support. My office has been down literally for hours and even days at a time with little to no attention to resolution.
