Support replies quickly — which is good, because you may end up needing it.
My VPS didn’t work properly for most of the first month. Support couldn’t identify the root cause and eventually had to provision a completely new instance. The replacement still had issues. In total, it took roughly 4 weeks before I had a working VPS that was stable… which is way too long if you’re paying for a service you need to use now, not “eventually.”
Refund update: they did ultimately refund all my money, but it took far more effort and back-and-forth than it should have. I got the refund, but the process wasn’t smooth.
If you’re a trader, the value proposition is still weak. In my case, latency from the VPS to my broker’s execution servers in Northern California was around 50ms, versus about 75ms from my NYC-area workstation. That improvement wasn’t meaningful enough to justify the downtime and hassle. With a well-optimized home setup, you can get similar performance cheaper and with fewer moving parts.
Net: responsive support and they made it right in the end, but the reliability issues and time-to-resolution keep this at 3 stars.

Good pricing, reasonably low latency (60ms). I personally don't need anything else from a vps service.

Real-time insights into CPU behavior, disk I/O, and network activity would reduce guesswork and make optimization more straightforward.
2. More flexible scaling options
Faster vertical scaling or short-term resource boosts would make it easier to handle heavy tasks without switching to another plan.

Zero support
support responses take multiple days, sometimes even weeks, my service was down and unusable for weeks I opened a ticket and responses were not very helpful, Was assured the issue was resolved multiple times, but it wasn't I was able to get my service back online, not with cloudzy, but by purchasing another VPS with a different provider, I cancelled my service after that, I still have remaining credits on my account that the support team said the refund request would be reviewed within 24 to 48 hours, it's almost been two weeks, and I received nothing, I cannot in good faith recommend their service

This issue did not originate from the internal state of my server the same configuration was running for a couple months with zero problems, when I suddenly started receiving errors and my system binaries started to become corrupted, this looks to be the result of underlying storage failure, I deleted the VPS because It was absolutetely critical that I get back online, and after multiple weeks of unable to do so I attempted to reinstall the whole OS and just abandon my data, the reinstall feature was also not working, so I attempted to delete and recreate it, which also did not work. You said the refund was available, but it was conditioned on deleting this review, after I refused and pointed out that violates Trustpilot rules, the refund was no longer available
