Cluedress 

DO not buy from this company!! I ordered a pair of red checked dungarees on 26th June still not received these paid by pay pal thankfully..... emailed the company 3 times no reply! Messaged cluedress on their Facebook ad got blocked by them lol now in the hands of pay pal to hopefully sort out for me as £25. Something is a lot of money to b ripped off, if the rip off 30 lol for £25 it’s an awful lot of cash, they can not treat ppl this way or get away wiv stealing their money!!!

If I could give no stars I would , do not buy from this company it is nothing but a scam , you will receive a piece of material that looks nothing like the item you ordered .

Wish I had checked on here first. Ordered an item and it was nothing like the item described. Contacted them for a return address and after a couple of weeks and only after I posted a comment on Facebook someone emailed asking for a photo of the dress and a description of what was wrong. I’m still waiting for a reply after three weeks and after reading comments on this site I don’t hold much hope of getting a refund.

Having bought 4 items from Clue dress only 3 arrived.
The 3 that did come were extremely poor quality fabric and badly made. Nothing like the description or photos.
Customer service, tracking, refunds and returns all fictional. Impossible to get anywhere with them.
AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

Never received anything. Give out false tracking. Set up a case for a refund. They sent PayPal tracking number for a parcel that had been delivered, obviously not mine. Thus company trade under many different names. They tell you that they are an American company, they are not, all the companies are based in china.

Received my parcel 2days back...not happy at all..poor quality clothing.. nothing like shown in pictures..still waiting to hear from their customer service for return address to post the clothes back... would avoid...don't waste your money...if I had read previous reviews would never have purchased... terrible company...cheats..will be looking to complain formally about this company...

I am so disappointed in their service. I ordered a lot of goods from them for choice in one go. I kept two items of footwear, but the clothing wasn’t any good. So on several occasions, I’ve emailed and asked for a returns address. There was one reply saying” we are on holidays for 3 days now” that was two weeks ago, and after several more attempts, there’s still no returns address. PLEASE DONT USE THIS GROUP. They obviously can’t be trusted.

Just shocking company, I’ve shared photos on Facebook and reported them as fraud as what is advertised in comparison to received is night and day. No option to return and 10% refund offered with discount against next delivery!!! You would be better setting fire to your cash than ordering from them.

I wouldn’t have given them any stars at all, but have to! Don’t buy anything from this shower. Nasty stuff, horrible fabric and the wrong item. I can’t get an email to them, their server refuses to accept mails. Fortunately I paid through PayPal, so I’m taking up a dispute through them. I bet they don’t refuse to take PayPal’s emails!

Do not waste your time and MONEY on this scan business from china. Order delayed, took 6 weeks to arrive. Quality appalling and not fit for purpose in this country. Returns policy a joke, wanted photos despite website saying returns label would be sent within 48 hour. Still waiting for reply to emails, not expected.

Ordered a month ago had no response, tried contacting by email nothing back to track my order, looking today for phone number nothing, very strange then look on trust pilot, then that confirmed my suspicions, company are rogue traders & I for one feel used.

Stupidly I placed a large order for holiday clothes, order took weeks to arrive, as soon as it did my heart sank. Dresses were way over sized and material was poor. I contacted them to arrange return my order in exchange for a full refund. I was given an email address which I sent my request to, now when I am trying to chase this up I'm getting a message saying they are no longer available. Totally shafted but I will pursue this until its sorted. AVOID THIS SCAM !!!!!

They use stolen photos, the clothes don’t even look like the ones in the pictures!!!!

I ordered items that looked liked cotton in the adverts. The goods that arrived were badly made; nothing near the right size. I responded immediately to say I wanted to return the goods. My goods arrived from an address in Walsall but Cluedress said returning the items would cost me too much money and tried to fob me off with a 10% refund. I have appealed to PayPal and they made the vendor supply the return address - China. I returned goods but they can't be tracked once they arrive in China and so PayPal refuse to refund my money. Don't be caught out. Rogue merchant, faulty goods, misleading advertising!

Really bad experience overall. bad quality clothing, had a hole in it too, size was about two sizes smaller than I expected. They would let me return but at my expense which meant sending from UK to China at a cost of £15. I argued with them but go nowhere so all I can do is spread the word do not use them.

Terrible quality items. My wife tried returning them and just keeps getting fobbed off! They have offered 10% refund if we keep the items! They delete any negative comments on Facebook. Total waste of money. Now going down the credit card route to try and get our money back

Appalling company. Quality of garment was shocking and when I returned it to the address on the parcel label and emailed them they told me this wasn't the return address and that I needed to retrieve it so I could send it to China before they would refund my money! Absolutely disgraceful and despicable! Don't use this company!

Terrible company run by conman. Dress very poor quality and there was no pattern on the back. Returned the dress but they are refusing to give me a refund. This company should be forced to stop trading. They are a disgrace.

Beware do not order from this website sizes completely off and no returns possible 😉

One star is being generous! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. QUALITY, SIZING, REFUND POLICY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING
