Cluedress 

Do not buy anything from these people. I, as well as many others it seems, have been completed duped. I returned a dress by recorded delivery which cost me £14. Despite sending them the proof of delivery, they just keep saying they haven't received it and should be patient, that was about five months months ago. They don't even reply to my emails now. Never again. Stay clear, if you buy something and you need to return it you will never see your money again.

One star is too much it should be
MINUS 5 stars. I have emailed them 500 times for a refund they asked me to close my dispute with PayPal so they could refund me What a fool I was to do that so don’t do that if asked. I am still waiting. DO NOT BUY from this company their goods are shoddy and not fit too wear and they don’t refund

Don't ever buy anything from this company. What I ordered didn't turn up, I emailed and complained, they replied that the parcel had been delivered. After 2 months, I used the resolution option with Paypal and this prompted Luboutique to say that they were out of stock of this item (which the previously claimed to have sent) and I got a refund.

I have already made my review of this disgusting scam company but I've come back to advise how people can get their money back whilst opening a fraud investigation that will hopefully get these awful people shut down.

If you made your order within the last 120 days you should be able to contact your bank for a charge back to your credit or debit card whilst raising this as a disputed transaction. They need evidence of correspondence, attempts to return etc. but Santander have been brilliant. They have refunded the full amount to me provided this company cannot provide evidence that I should have been liable for the costs the case is closed. The company goes to fraud department and I get money back.

I hope enough of you fight this to get these people the court action they deserve!

This is scam and never order from them! The item descriptions don't match at all, and you'll get very poor quality items. Ohhhh and the delivery took 1 month and a half. Dissappointing!!!!!

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Their goods are shabby and the material is disgusting. After badgering me for months they offered me a 10% refund which I guess from reading the other reviews is their standard. So they have my goods and my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS

this page is SCAM!I ordered from this site and after 2 weeks the link with my order status magically disappeared.I immediately raised dispute to paypal and then they started emailing me first to tell me they have only 1 out of 2 dresses and they can send it. I told I am not interested anymore and want my money back.Then they offered to send back 95% refund as they have bank fees.I told them i want my 100% refund back and bank fees are none of my business.After 3 days I was told will not receive refund as they shipped the dresses.I received both of them and the quality is 0.I asked them to return but they started to tell shipping back to China is expensive and offered I keep the dresses and get 20% refund.Finally I got reply from paypal that i will get 100% refund.it was happy end but not everyone is lucky. on top they advertise the sampe products under new website called lightinbox.com so people should be very careful when buying via internet

I wouldn't give this company 1 star , but there wasn't a option . Terrible , con company . Not UK China. No refumds only 10% unless you post to China ( expensive.)
You can keep your item but its not worth it , you'd look better wearing the plastic bag it came in DISGUSTING

Awful company. Quality of products very poor. After a long battle they agreed a full refund but 5 months later have still not received my refund despite me spending £6 to return items! Now £50 down with nothing to show for it! Legal action is next step! Don’t know what else to do other than to say don’t shop with them!

Shocking company - avoid at all costs. Communication is very bad, poor quality clothes not as per the pictures, no return address and refund offered 10%.

My mum purchased through this website in March. It took 2 months for the items to arrive and they were incorrect sizing, only 1 fit her!
We paid for it to be returned as advised, luckily tracked so we could see where it was! They obviously refused the parcel as it’s still sat at the post office.

Disputing with PayPal was a nightmare and I would advise to say it never arrived as you’re more likely to get your money back.
However after 5 months of harassing them daily, emails and social media, my mum finally got a full refund!
So keep trying!

Took weeks to arrive when it did arrive was only half of what I had ordered and then the quality was shoddy. I ordered 3 hoodie/sweatshirts which have zero chance if keeping me warm they are pretty much made out of a tshirt material! Bad stitching, loose threads and the sleeves are so short! The only way the sleeves would look half decent is rolled up!
Do not touch!!!

I purchased 2 dresses back in June 20, after chasing the order for over a month I was informed that one parcel had been delivered and one was still awaiting despatch, I informed them that I had not received a parcel and as it had taken so long I wished to cancel my order and requested a full refund. After numerous emails i received a refund for the item not shipped but not for the parcel not received. I continuously emailed and messaged them to which they provided tracking, however this tracking did not include signature or photographic evidence which i informed them on many occasions, i have informed them that i have taken legal advice and as they cannot prove the goods were actually delivered they should refund the balance - but guess what I have now been blocked from messenger and email - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY their customer service is shocking!

I realised my mistake as soon as I bought the items and checked the seller reviews so I tried to cancel (within the period they advised) but apparently they were all on holiday that day so they didn't get the email in time and it was too later to cancel. I repeatedly tried to get my money back but they pretended not to understand what I was asking for. When I finally got the items they were awful so I told them I was sending them back. They provided me with an address which they've been sent back to but they are just telling me they've never received the parcel. Essentially it is a scam and even though I paid on paypal, they were also no help at getting my money back. Don't do it!

They are actually trading under many names, on PayPal they call themselves ‘fashion web’ online and Facebook they go by ‘Cluedress’ and ‘luboutique’ which is how they caught me out as I did research and no reviews were written for luboutique.
The dresses took just under 1 month to arrive, when they did arrive they were nothing like the pictures, they are huge! The stitching looks like it was done by a child. I bought a baby blue and black dress which turned out to be a dark teal colour and black. The company claim to be American but the dresses come direct from China! They try to wriggle out of taking returns and issuing refunds, I’m in the process of claiming through PayPal.

If I could give them a zero rating I would! Hands down the worst online shopping experience I've ever had! Clothes arrived after months of waiting and were absolutely NOTHING like the pictures. Totally cheap scratchy material, two 'dresses' were literally two pieces of material very roughly sewn together, absolute rubbish. One was so small I couldn't even get my hand through the arm hole! Refused to give me a refund despite weeks of emailing them. Avoid like the plague!!

Do not buy from. Items can't be returned. Customer service is very slow to respond. They give the impression clothes can be refunded and to follow the process. But they can't. They will only offer a 10% refund.
Material is poor quality. Items expenive.
