Having a full time desk job and being diagnosed with MS a few years ago, I have experienced a number of issues over the years including neck problems and more recently suffered with a painful shoulder and so after doing a little research and reading some positive reviews, I decided to contact the Walsall clinic.

After a detailed discussion of my symptoms and problems, I was given a treatment plan and now 12 weeks on, I cannot thank Johnny enough who has been able to work on my neck and shoulder issues to help relieve the pain and greatly improve the movement in this area.

Johnny is very professional, and I was made to feel at ease during our first meet. He is knowledgeable, attentive, and provided me with a series of exercises to do at home between sessions which have played a part in my road to recovery. Thanks Johnny!

I have suffered with lower back pain for years and always on and off pain relief. I found a Facebook review of BAC and decided to try. I had a in-depth consultation and was provided a treatment plan. Jonathan provides a personal friendly service and made to feel relaxed and comfortable throughout each session. I get homework to do each week which helps set me up to be pain free and to continue way after my treatment is finished. If you are needing back relief please reach out and book your sessions as it’s the best decision I’ve made.

I suffer with fibromyalgia and arthritis which was causing some mobility issues and waking up a lot with a frozen back. Even with the pain medication I was on, I was still in pain all the time.
So I took advantage of an offer they had on and has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. 4 months on, I’m walking better, I’ve only had 3 mornings where I’ve woken up with a frozen back, instead of 3-4 times a week. My fatigue has lessened due to being in less pain and I’m back in the gym for the 1st time in 5 yrs.
I only wish I had found these earlier.

After a long overdue hip replacement was left with a stiff and very painful back and was unable to travel get about without using a stick.
I eventually took advantage of a consultation and first treatment . I was cynical as I hobbled in with my stick but Johnathan immediately put me at ease, he really listened to my thoughts during the consultation and left me confident about his treatment plan. Unbelievably I left that clinic without using my stick and I haven't had to use it since..Im back to being able to live my life thanks to Johnathan and the team!

I am now 84 and have suffered from back and hip problems for many years due to a bad accident in my youth. Johnathan's advice, treatment and exercises have made a great difference in helping me to manage these. My general mobility and posture have also improved and I intend to carry on with a monthly maintenance programme. I highly recommend the team's services.

Paul and his team provided excellent care.
My treatment was for lower back problems, which were resolved very quickly.

Paul has also helped me improve my posture significantly. This is noticed by everybody who knows me.

I have been diagnosed with a condition called severe drop foot in both legs. This adversely effects my balance and walking ability. With the excellent treatment, exercises and support from Paul Clusker and his colleagues I have a level of mobility which the consultant the QE Hospital finds commendable as people with similar conditions to mine often have to resort to mobility equipment.

After trying various treatments from physio, another Osteo…. I stumbled across Paul (recommended through Vitality). The treatment was brilliant. Thorough examination of all areas that would link to back (not just back), clear treatment plan, simple and effective exercises, clear explanations and a lovely friendly man.

I have been a patient of Paul's for nearly 20 years ( on and off ).
Main treatment has been for backpack.
This year I have had 3 block bookings with Paul and when I first went I could hardly stand up right and the pain was constant. But after my treatments I am now walking taller, pain free and my back feels much stronger. I still have to go back every 4 weeks and keep doing my excersices, but well worth all the hard work.
I would highly recommend Paul to anyone ( especially for back care).

I have suffered for years with a bad neck. I had limited mobility and was unable to lift my arms above shoulder height. The treatment has combined acupuncture, massage and exercises to complete at home. The results have been fantastic. Pain levels are significantly reduced. I am able to turn my head fully which I couldn’t do before and also able to lift my arms above my head without pain. I would recommend anyone to go and have their condition assessed and try the treatment. Paul is friendly and professional, results are fantastic.

Wow what can I say I went in with a painful back & within the third treatment session into my course, I can honestly say Paul healed me. I can’t stop speaking about him to my friends & family I would recommend him to anyone who suffers a painful back, he truly is professional & a master of his trade.

I spent a great deal of Money changing 3 mattresses in a year attributing my every morning dull back aches & pains to my mattresses. That combined with years of working as a stewardess for British Airway & more recently working for the NHS left my posture as Paul described wonky, working in a confined cabin had left my neck and shoulders slouched with tension and knots, pulling a muscle in my back was the last straw. I could hardly bend or carry out my duties at work I was in a bad way, Paul identified the problems straight away and with back manipulation, massaging, exercises & great advice on manual handling techniques that I could incorporate into my daily work. I am back to normal if not better and retrained in how I do things making my posture taller, straighter and stronger. I can honestly say I’m going to miss going to my sessions seeing Paul & the lovely polite receptionist Megan who managed to swop my appointments for me without trouble & who was always welcoming. From entering the practice, the inspiring environment, and the wide knowledge and assessment which was delivered in a very professional manner gave me confidence.

This was more than a treatment. It was a planned programme to relieve pain, correct the bodies posture and build towards a healthy future.

This centre was recommended to me, to treat a long running back injury, by a relative who was a satisfied patient.I would encourage anyone to act quickly on a problem and get it sorted out. I am certain you would not be disappointed choosing this centre.

10 years seeing a different osteopath left me having an inconclusive MRI and a prescription for Gabapentin. BAC has identified and corrected my issues and I am now able to resume teaching Martial Arts. The Gabapentin remains un-opened in the fridge and I feel 10 years younger. World class treatment!

After years of sitting for long hours at my desk I have noticed my posture get more hunched, increased headaches and tension in back, neck and shoulders. After seeing all the wonderful reviews for BAC I thought I’d give it a try… and it’s been a real success. I can’t thank Daniela enough, she’s so friendly and amazing at was she does. I visited the back care clinic as I was suffering with severe lower back, sacrum and hip pain, I was assessed and treated by Paul, after a few sessions of acupunture and manipulation the pain eased immensely!! Paul has been treating my wife and myself for longer than I care to remember, but has always remained the same solid and super genial practitioner.
Whether it’s treatment for my lower back or neck (which constitutes 90% of my problems) he always gives me a thorough examination and complements the session with acupuncture, which seals the deal so to speak.
I cannot recommend him highly enough, and never hesitate if he recommends extra sessions because I know they’re needed; most times a single visit does the trick and a quarterly MOT (as we label it) keeps me in shape.
