Very disappointed with the service
Very disappointed with the service at the Co-operative Bank Nakuru branch. Communication was poor, there was little transparency, and the procedures felt unnecessarily intrusive despite the bank already having all the required documents. The process dragged on for weeks and wasted a lot of our time.
As long-time customers with both personal and business accounts, we expected much better. Unfortunately, this experience forced us to close all our accounts and move to another bank, which has already provided the assistance we had been waiting for from Co-operative Bank.
Based on our experience, I would not recommend this branch to anyone looking to start or run a business.

This bank should not even be in top 10. Very poor customer service. Not ready to assist a customer with there problems or give an idea or alternative ideas. Just been cut off. That was so rude am so disappointed. Can not recommend it to anybody. Poor services.

It has taken more than a month to have change of status on my account. I have to keep sending reminders to Margaret the representative incharge of my account everytime I send an email. Worst of all she booked a meeting with me and never sent a link.

Very slow and ignorant people, i wouldnt recommend the bank to anyone. Always charging fees without any alert to clients and i repeat very ignorant people. After speaking with one of you today for one reversal of a fee i had been charged twice, i am dissolving my account with you. Unbelievable

Unbelievably disappointing ! the staff are lazy making no effort at all to provide good customer experience. They don’t make any apology for it either, as if they’ve got too many customers to handle. I regret to express my utter dissatisfaction with Co-op Bank Kenya's services for diaspora clients. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my frustration.
Despite multiple attempts, I have received no response to my emails. The designated phone line for diaspora clients seems to be a mere decoration, as nobody ever picks up. The lack of a designated contact person has only added to my frustration.
This level of disregard for customer communication is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable. As a frustrated client, I am compelled to give Co-op Bank Kenya a 0-star rating for providing the worst customer experience.

1. Diaspora banking- the people you write emails never reply emails which I find to be rude. Reason being with one being out of the country the best mode of communication is via email.
2. They're very slow in processing things
