Ten year gap
I am getting back into running after a ten year gap. The way I could run ten years ago is much different than now. The Coach Parry program is fantastic guidance and motivation for me.. it is providing the information and workouts tailored return to where I am and where I want to go. It is a relief to have a plan to follow, video explanations and other tools at my fingertips. It feels great to run again!
Diverse, High Energy, Helpful!
After nearly 2 years of digesting free content, I joined CP on a lifetime membership offer. I am impressed so far with the variety of training plans on offer - everything from 5k to 100 milers, for every age group and ability. (I run, but there are a number of triathletes on the forum so I am sure there are plans for them too). Strength and conditioning at every level. I even found a couple of running drill programs. And if you don't see something that quite fits what you're training for, just ask for help in the forum, and a coach will help you tailor an existing plan or even create something new to suit. On the other hand, if you want some one on one confidential discussion without others reading the advice being given to you, book a quite reasonably-priced call with one of the team. You don't have just one coach and one perspective, you have a whole team powering you on, and that's what sets CP apart from other market offerings. You get access to a worldwide forum of high-energy positive people - coaches and members alike. There aren't any ostentatious show ponies on the CP team (or none that I've come across anyway), every athlete is just trying to get the best out of themselves and won't run you down because you need longer to finish a race distance. Success Fridays cover PBs, race completions, overcoming illness or injury, or even ticking all the boxes green on your training calendar. The best part so far has been the live coaching calls. Not only getting to ask a question or two of your own, but learning from the questions other people ask. I'm looking forward to building my next race year on the CP platform and working with the team.

Communication over the website or the app works quite well, a lot of resources are available. In case of questions, one of the coaches answers in a short time.
Great experience so far!
I joined CP 3 weeks back. So far I am enjoying my experience. My fav aspects so far are: the weekly coach’s call, the live strength classes and also the training platform tracking your current plan.

I’ve been a member for several years. I’ve found the strength training videos have improved over the last few months. It’s helped me stay injury free. When I’ve reached out in the forum, I’ve gotten helpful feedback.
Fit after 50
This is the second time I'm using your training plan. Just got back into my running after some time 'off'. The plans are very easy to follow and when you are not quite sure of anything, the videos explain the process to the TEE! Thanks team

I have enjoyed the personal touch.
I haven't made full use of what is on offer for various reasons but the goal is to re-arrange my schedule around my training. It's been the other way round up to now.
More feedback to follow.
a complete all aspect training approach
there is a solid system, foundation, and understanding of the world of running with all its diversities. lots of organized information in many topics, and available coaches that response quickly to any question this is very important because it takes time to absorb all of the new material.
Great website

Coach Parry is the best running training anywhere
The videos are excellent. The coaching through the forums is first rate and incredibly responsive to my needs and questions. I've never seen an organization that can response in 24 hours or less to all my questions. That is amazing. I've never used personal coaching but I have used nutrition couseling from you dietician and physio work from your Biokineticist and both a excellent.

It is giving me proper training structure, and motivating me to be better and enjoy it at the same time.
Personal and Flexible
Having recently signed up, I am impressed by the variety of training program and skill options.
During the introductory session with a live coach I received:
- A welcome to the training team;
- Guidance in accessing specific content;
- Assistance in setup;
- Guidance in choosing my first training program;
- Advice for planning ahead to match progressive goals with my ability, in order to avoid overtraining and injury.
