Great experience so far!
Everything was set up very promptly and effectively. Coach Devlin Eyden is very professional and does what he says he is going to do, and seems very good at what he does. I have a very good impression of the overall professionalism of the CoachPerry.com organization. This is a group of people who care about what they are doing, and care about doing it at an exceptional level.
Just starting out
Just starting out; but so far everything is going great. Although it may take a few more weeks for me to feel comfortable plugging into everything.
All the tools are available in the…
All the tools are available in the schedule for strength training and to run faster and injury free over 50. I haven't spent enough time on the website due busy work schedule and other commitments. I do like the daily emails to remind me of what I supposed to do. I do have the commitment to train. I really want to run Comrades next year after 26 years...

Training for U.S. State (Virginia) Senior and National Senior Games in 2025-2027
9/3/2025Just beginning my training for State (VA) and National Senior Games The sport is the 5K Race. I’m 81 years old.
I competed last September and won my State 5K, and this past July I finished 4th in the National Senior Games. My best time was 26:54.
I really have had no running training, other than going out and running local holiday 5K races (July 4th, St Patrick’s Day, Memorial Day). In the past I have only run to stay in shape in order to climb mountains around the world, and here in Colorado with family and close friends.
I no longer do the mountains so last year started more 5Ks to keep me busy.
I found I was not improving my speed and wind (endurance), so I looked at your site for some guidance.
I am scheduled to run a Northern Virginia Senior Olympics 5K on 21 September, however eight of those days will be on the road traveling with family, so I won’t see much training for that race.

So far it's great!
I'm two weeks into my 1/2 marathon training plan with Coach Parry and it has been great. In the past I knew I should be incorporating strength training into what I do but didn't really know where to begin. Now I have it all laid out for me and can do it all at home. Having everything on a schedule that I can easily modify to suite my needs is really helping me train much more consistently which is key to running success. Can't wait to do my 5k time trial in a couple of weeks and see where I'm at!
Great app
It is set out nicely and the videos are a great addition. I would like a bit more details about warm ups and cool downs before and after the run.
I have enjoyed the workout plans
I have enjoyed the workout plans, including the strength workouts. I loved that I was able to get on my computer and shift workouts (I have run my long runs on Saturdays for yrs and Sundays were rest days). Thanks for a fantastic, user-friendly app and website!

“I absolutely love this 12-week marathon training plan! I’m in week 4 know and loves every training session so far! The structure is clear and easy to follow, even on a busy day. The workouts are well-balanced between long runs, speed sessions, hill sessions and recovery, which really help me build endurance without feeling burned out. I’m excited for race day and I believe I will be feeling strong and confident! I highly recommend this plan to anyone training for their marathon—whether it’s your first or you’re chasing a new PB!”
Love the app
Love the app, love the structured training programs.. Lets see if I can run a marathon!
Excellent training
Excellent training!
Videos and training plan are a perfect combo to help me achieve my running goals. It is very logical, practical, and full of golden nuggets.
Structured and easy to follow
Structured and easy to follow - good interface
The real deal
Solid training plan that is easy to follow. My vo2 max is already improving.
An easy to follow plan
An easy to follow plan, I love that it is time-based and that it includes strength training as well. The videos are great to ensure proper form.
Two weeks of Progress
Two weeks in and the strength and stability workouts are varied and effective. I'm recovering from a meniscus tear and have been very limited in how hard I can run without pain and soreness. All of my runs have been easy pace so far and none over 50 minutes but I am seeing incremental improvement after only 2 weeks
Joining the Faster Beyond Fifty club…
Joining the Faster Beyond Fifty club was an easy decision after attending the masterclass. Onboarding was smooth and the coaches are very responsive. Looking forward to seeing improvements in my running performance.
I love the training programme
I love the training programme, it keeps me feeling strong and i always finish my marathon! The videos you post are so efficient and adds so much value. The only thing is i don't really ask questions, well, most off the questions you answer in your videos and podcasts. So well done!!!
Basically it is giving me a guideline…
Basically it is giving me a guideline and motivation to get back into running injury free. I need structure to motivate me otherwise it is always "I'll get out tomorrow and do something" but there is never any time. This makes me do what is on the menu so to speak. I am still getting to understand how to record the workouts ie like intensity. I have no idea how to record that or what to put there. Also on saving the strength workouts I assume it is only the time that is spent.
Enjoying the videos & the training…
Enjoying the videos & the training guides, thank you. It sure makes training easier.
The constant reassurance and guidance
The constant reassurance, guidance and expert interaction is fantastic. Every day has something new in store for us to take up or complete. It is all available and up to us to make use of it. I appreciate the programme, the schedule and the knowledge sharing. I love the live sessions and one-on-one live chats. I excel in this type of set up
