Total scam- shoes arrived, very poor quality, returned them to the address they supplied for a refund. Australia Post informed me the parcel had arrived. They denied this and did not respond to emails then 6 months later they arrived back to me like they had never been delivered to them!!!

Scam site. Item was never delivered. Their support email is fake and you can't otherwise contact the company.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. My shoes arrived damaged. For 1 year I have been trying to get a refund. They told me to send good back my cost, or keep goods and get partial refund. I decided on the latter as didn't trust them. Now it looks as if they have blocked my email.
Total scammers and rip off artists.
If they were in NZ I would report to consumers institute. I'm not going to waste any more of my time on this company.

Total scam - do not buy. Shoes made in totally incorrect size. They offered 50% value refund. I paid to return at own expense to China for full refund. Now they've stopped answering emails and website not working. Money down the drain.

Shoes very poor quality wrong size as well. No return address either .Guess I have done my money no return .

This company is the biggest scammers out, have been trying for nearly a year to get a refund. The answer from Olivera is they are having trying to reconcile the order. Now my email is blocked. So called Orthopaedic
sandals were blocks of wood covered in cloth.
Do not deal with them.

Absolute worst company ever!!! Shoes came about 3 sizes too small. Asked for a refund and they agreed. Emails back and forth for the last 6 months and still no refund and now they have blocked me from sending emails to them. Biggest scammers. Don’t buy from them!!!

Disgusting thieves! And just to top it off they have now disappeared with my money and will do with yours!! Revolting scammers that I fell for as I didn't see the underscore. Scum of the earth, Kamar will come calling one day. Not worthy of a star, totally fake! That email

I made a complaint through PayPal and got my full refund as they were nothing like described.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE SCAMMERS. The advertising is very misleading & I was unaware I was buying from China. If I had known, I would not have bothered ordering in the first place knowing Asian clothes are too short for me. I spent $AUD36 in returning item following the company’s 30 day money back guarantee & Olivera in ‘customer service’ kept advising me that the warehouse is yet to receive the package! Escalated to PayPal with absolutely no success! This company is an absolute sham & to be avoided at all costs.

I ordered a pair of Sandals in October when they finally arrived about 6 weeks later the manufacturing did not allow the ankle band to do up it was about 3cm too short, therefore unwearable. I agreed not to return the shoes but accept a 50% refund to throw them away. It would cost more than the 50% for postage back to China. STILL NO REFUND to DATE due to "delays" with their system? I have been repeatedly advised by Olivera that they are working to resolve the issue. As per other customers I have sent previous emails to no avail. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IT IS A SCAM CHINESE COMPANY.

TGE STITCHING IS IRREGULAR. THE LIST GOES ON. LESSON LEARNT. THOUGHT I WAS SUPPORTING A LOCAL BUSINESS. EVEN CHINA WOUJD BE EMBARRASSED AT THE POOR QUALITY OF THIS PRODUCT.

Absolute rubbish! Shoes are not orthopaedic. Poor quality, waste of money! I thought seemingly from Australia, they would be trusted. The dresses are just awful material & poorly made too! WARNING….!!!!!!!

This company is a complete fraud. I ordered in October and then when I read the reviews I tried to cancel my order. I still have received nothing no clothes or money back just bloody emails saying I will be notified when the issue is sorted.
I thought that if a company was advertising on FB then they would have been checked out. How wrong was I.

I ordered a pair of Othapedic shoes in January when they finally arrived 6 weeks later they were nothing like described so sent them back to China after paying $60 for shoes and $25 postage back still NO REFUND due to " issues " with their system? I have been continually advised by Olivera that they are working to resolve this issue. As a customer previously has stated the same 4 emails just recycle!! They are a scam Chinese company do NOT do business with them.

Ordered a dress it arrived quickly but was nothing like what they advertised ,poorly made and cheap polyester .
Returned item still chasing refund 2 months later.

Their return policy is rubbish. I cancelled my order in July, still waiting for ny refund. I have sent multiple emails chasing my refund and it's an auto reply telling me I will receive my money as soon as the issue is resolved. There is no issue, very straight forward refund. I never received the goods as they weren't shipped.

AVOID also coco sydney/international. report as scamlke and misleading. Raise with your credit/paypal as dispute. also dont shop on instagram - use a laptop. Pictures look good but product poor quality, misleading and misrepresented.

If I could give zero stars I would! Terrible scam business. They use European fashion images and video to advertise the clothes and then send an article of clothing that is only useful to clean your toilet! They LIE about fabric, they LIE about sizing, they LIE about style. Item arrived was same colour and general pattern but totally different style and fabric quality. They advertise natural fabric - I was sent a nylon, Polyester highly flammable fabric. Now they want me to send the dress back to China and I have to pay postage!!!!! They advertise as CoCo Melbourne but their address is Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province
China!!!! Foolish me!!! If it looks too good to be true then IT IS!!! Never buy from this business or any business that is advertising dresses on Instagram at such a price …$75!!!!! It’s still a lot of money for me!!!!
