Don't buy from this company
The shoes didn't look like the picture, their sizing is not correct and when I went to return them...seeing they have Melbourne in the name, I was surprised that they are in fact based in China. I had to pay $30 to send them back to get a refund. We'll see if that ever comes?!?

Poor quality goods
Received my order after a month or placing the order. One of the 2 pairs of shoes were of really poor quality and nothing like what I was expecting. Been emailing regarding sending back and all they're offering is a part refund or pay for the postage myself back to China! China????? I thought it was a Melbourne based company. Don't be fooled, steer clear. They're avoiding the issue that I'm returning due to their very poor quality. I bought their goods in good faith that the goods would be of good quality. Bad products are their responsibility, not mine! Be aware! Scammers!!!!!

I just received my order
I just received my order, I was getting nervous after reading the reviews and worried that they would be awful. But I’m very pleasantly surprised. The shoe looks great. Only thing is , I don’t think it’s real leather as advertised? But I’m happy anyway. Shipping took a long time , and for a while I didn’t have a tracking number, like the review below - but they got here in around 3 weeks! But don’t worry; they are fine to order from.

I ordered shoes from Coco Melbourne and they have not been shipped and they have not answered my email to their support address. I would suggest you do not deal with this company. Too difficult.
To be fair my shoes finally arrived!! Shame their customer service doesn’t let you know when there is a delay.

You will not get what you Expect - shoddy copies.
I ordered shoes from this Company & what arrived did not even come close to what I was expecting. After much backwards& forwards they finally offered to refund part of the money & here we are many months down the track & still no refund just excuse after excuse. Do not trust what you are buying as they have proved to be yet another copy Chinese firm. No scruples & dishonest to boot. Stay well clear
