SCAM BUSINESS DO NOT BUY

They are not Australian, they are not orthopaedic they are cheap Asian knock off from Hong Kong.
They also have By Luna Australian and By Sophia Australia. I have reported all to ACCC in Australia.

The quality and stitching is very bad

The quality and stitching is very bad. The cut is different from the advertised design which looks quite loose, the once receive is more straight cut. The fabric is very synthetic. A complete disappointment. They won’t give you a full refund unless you pay to send it back to China. Otherwise they promise to refund ONLY 30% which never happens. If I could give a -10 stars I would.

Do not deal with this company
They are not based on Melbourne they are in China. I received the shoes I ordered however they are not worth more than $2. Oh and the emails that you get from Olivera are computer generated as if you send enough you start getting the same 4 email over and over again.

False advertising.
They Don't follow retail guide lines Australia.
Threats and misguide you in emails when request refund. Keep you waiting nearly 2 months after purchase for a refund and still no refund. Olivera just keeps you waiting.

WARNING ‼️ do not buy from this company…

WARNING ‼️ do not buy from this company I also wish I had read the reviews and did some research as to where this company is based.
The supposed orthopaedic shoes are an absolute joke made of some sort of plastic rubbish material
These shoes are nothing at all like the advertisement
How they get away with advertising these as such and delivering such an inferior product I don’t know
The shoes arrived after forty days and forty nights all because as it turns out they come from Yeah guess CHINA and they call the company Co Co Melbourne clearly to mislead consumers into thinking this is a Melbourne company
They had no markings on them to say what size, brand or material they are made from
I couldn’t believe what I saw what an absolute waste of money
Oh don’t think they will give you your money back because they make it so hard and the cost of return postage back to CHINA is almost the cost of the product
I am warning everyone DO NOT buy from this company
Meanwhile the shoes I bought are in the trash because that’s where they belong
This company is a total Scam and needs to be stopped from advertising and misleading consumers and ripping them off.
Furious !!!!!!!

Don't be tempted

Same as every one else...l also wish l had gone further into where these shoes came from..Add stated orthotic friendly,..lf my podiatrist saw these l would be in trouble,
l contacted them before going through PayPal,,waited a month initially..then when l got a response l was offered an option of a refund..which l said yes..Next day..sorry to late your order is on the way but you can have 30% off for your trouble..Well order arrived last night, thrown over my fence at 9pm..What nasty ,horrid, not to mention dangerous soles to slip on any surface..and guess what NO REFUND has occurred..lm hand balling this back to PayPal..Shoes are nothing like the ad ,,,and l purchased 2 pairs.

Same as all the other reviews

Same as all the other reviews. I'm furious as I didn't dig deep enough to see it was a scam company before pressing buy! Despite canceling the order immediately and many emails back and forth. No refund. Shoes arrived and are horrid, nasty plastic rubbish. No return information. Kissed goodbye to $76. I'm not going away either. I want my money back!!!

Sadly the same experience as others

Sadly the same experience as others - took ages to arrive- product so different to anything shown in their advertisement - appalling quality- cheap material- unwearable - and of course ‘return to China at my cost’. Having opted for partial refund I’m still waiting- total waste of money and yes- living in Melbourne this company seems to have absolutely no connection with this great city. They should not be operating 😔 they think if they ignore me for long enough I will go away. It won’t happen.

COCO MELBOURNE (NOT)

COCO MELBOURNE (NOT)
Has anyone found a way around this bogus company or are we doomed to keep the shoddy items ? I too have bought the ‘special medical sandals’. Waited ages like the rest of you, what came was a pair of fabric sandals really really small size. Like you all, sent several emails to the suggested address, like you all, no response. Not even the opportunity to get the wonderful $15 refund. Isn’t there ANYTHING we can do to expose this company? Honestly I’m so cross, like many of you I can’t afford to fork out $70 to scammers like this. How do we expose them? I’m ready to go to great lengths to this end. Furious !!!

The company is a scam

The company is a scam. They're based in China, not Melbourne. I've not received all my order despite many attempts to email them & 1 reply that looks like it's the same generic one they send to everyone. When I entered my order number on the website, it said that order number didn't exist! I ordered slides & sand shoes. The slides I received are the worst quality ever & I doubt I'll ever see the sand shoes I ordered. Stay away! It advertises nice products, but doesn't deliver them. Tracking link didn't help at all.
Update:I've just received my sand shoes after nearly a month but they're too small & the quality is so cheap & nasty. 6/10/23 I received an email to offer alternative option to returning the shoes e.g. keep the small size & they will send a second pair in bigger size for free. However I just want my money back, they're such bad quality - estimate worth $10-15 from Kmart. I emailed to ask they provide an address I can return them to, no reply yet. Update: Return address provided, but seemed very risky to get it back safely & who knows if it's a legitimate address. I've opted to get 50% refund & keep the shoes that I can't wear. Still waiting for refund due within next week.

Black and white Babet dress

Got a dress (black and white advertised on social media) took a month to arrive. Came from china. Definitely not a Melbourne based company.
The dress was advertised as a maxi dress and super flowing. Not at all. Horrid material. Skin tight, very straight like a sausage casing, despite my normal size being chosen and matching measurements on their website.
Definitely do not order from this company.

ITEM PURCHASED NOT RECEIVED

Ordered shoes in July, have sent several emails to company, to which they replied to one by advising they can’t get in touch with supplier and offered me a 15% refund…

I advised this was not acceptable and I wanted a full refund and no surprise they have not gotten back to me.

No product and no refund, totally disgusting!

I also send an email via the “shop” app and again no reply from anyone.

How these companies are getting away with ripping off customers is very frustrating!

Scam!!

Absolutely appaling shoes. Nothing like they looked like, plastic uppers and horrifyingly ugly. So without trying them on went to refunds, and even though they say Coco Melbourne, I need to send them to a random address in China, at my expense. DO NOT BUY! RUBBISH COMPANY!

No surprises here

No surprises here, took 1 month to arrive, NOT LEATHER, sizing is SMALL and not true to standard AU sizing and customer service is POOR. Won't even bother with a refund due to negative feedback.

Well

Well, I have received my shoes today (Bilha H luxurious sandals) after reading all the negative comments below and losing hope that they will be nothing like the picture and wrong size, I am actually pleasantly surprised. They are like the picture, perfect size and comfortable. I am happy with the purchase, and let's see now how they will do in a long run.
