Payment failed for "various reasons" but I did get refunded the full amount next day after reaching support.

I was soon emailed the next day and thus began with a nice member of the team a pleasant private conversation in a very efficient, professional and kind way which lasted the next few days as far as I needed for my information. The wallet connect option wasn't responding after connecting wallet, it just froze and there was no way to go back or switch to the manual transfer method except I entirely restarted the process on a different browser.
