Communication is excellent. I wanted to order a watch for my mum on the 19th December, Nico done everything to ensure it was here in time for Christmas & even with time to spare. There was a lovely personalised note inside too. Will definitely be back to Nico and the team in the future.

First time shopping with Colebys and it was first class service from start to finish. Nico sent me pictures in advance of the choices I had. Once at the showroom the customer service continued. There was no pressure to purchase from them (but I did). I called in today whilst visiting London. I have followed Nico and Colebys on their YouTube channel and always admired how knowledgeable and down to earth Nico and Ricky seemed, so thought I would pop in to see them. You couldn’t ask for more from a jewellery store! Nico and Ricky are two honest, down to earth guys with an amazing showroom and loads of very interesting watches and diamonds! Highly recommended.
