Great shop found the watch I’ve been looking for, at a good price, would recommend to anyone.

We have been going to them for many years, The service is excellent the people are knowledgeable, very helpful and nothing seems to much trouble to ensure you are happy with your purchase.

Travelled down to the Essex branch in search of a bracelet and found one straight away. Lennie was very helpful and courteous, i needed the bracelet adjusted as was too big and that was fixed within a few days. Lennie come down to meet myself and partner at the Liverpool street branch and we picked it up from there as its local. Customer service was spot on through out! Ohh and i love my bracelet its perfect and just what i wanted!
