You tried to deliver 2 coli's from two different suppliers.
He delivered a small package, but not at my address (nobody now's where) and the second parcel at a pick-up point where I have to get it myself.
For the first package I have launched a official complaint with the supplier Amazon.
This is the second time this happens with your delivery.
Perhaps a training in gps card reading would be beneficial for your quality.
I haver never experienced this with either b-post, PostNL, ups or others.
I would like to hear back from you and how you will compensate for all the extra costs and work you are forcing on me through shear incompetence
