Nobody showing up although they told so
They said they tried to deliver and it went wrong. But I was at home the whole day. Nobody showed up. If you can't deliver on a specific day, that's fine. But don't tell me you tried but in reality nobody showed up.

wrong adress
I have filled in the wrong adress, thats my fault. But you barely can contact colis privé, and if i managed to get a hold on them. I had to sent 3 mails to change my adress and still got delivered at the wrong adress. I think people at the desk are just dumb or dont gibe a shit!
