Trapped with a €107 voucher due to slow process & AI Support loops
UPDATE2: My gift card has now been refunded to my original payment method. Everything has finally worked out.
UPDATE: Combat Arena has now contacted me after this review personally — without automated responses — and they are willing to resolve my issue by refunding the gift card to my original payment method. The process is currently underway. I’ll update you here again once everything has worked out.
I ordered shin guards that were too large. To speed up the exchange, I selected the "Smart Return" option (refund via store credit/voucher). My plan was to immediately re-order the correct size.
However, by the time the voucher code finally arrived, the size I needed (M) was sold out. Now I am stuck with a €107 voucher and there is nothing else in the store that I need.
I have emailed support 5 times asking to convert the voucher back to a monetary refund. Every single reply has been a contextless, automated AI response that ignores my actual issue. I am trapped in a bot loop.
I simply want my money back because the item is out of stock. Keeping my €107 is unacceptable.

very bad customer service
Returned the gloves than they made a cut in the package to open it and it damaged the gloves, then they tried to blame it on me and didn’t accept the return. they send back the gloves with the actual proof of them cutting it. (The cut was trough a label for shipping that was put on the package AFTER I returned it) when I confronted them with this I heared nothing. A shame a company treats a client this way.

Upon receipt of the return at our warehouse, the gloves were found to be damaged with a clearly visible cut, which corresponded exactly to a cut on the product packaging itself.
As per our returns policy, products must be returned intact and in suitable condition in order to be accepted. If damaged, the return cannot be authorized and no refund can be issued.
Following our checks, we were therefore unable to accept the return. To close the case, the product was sent back to the delivery address, as communicated.
The case was handled in accordance with the standard procedures applied to all returns.
