I have been dealing with this company…

I have been dealing with this company for a few years when it comes to contract renewal all they wanted was money, they could not sort their issue and deny all knowledge its their fault!
Don't waste your time or money they are in partnership with plan.com equally rubbish both send you from pillar to post but do nothing about the problem?? Be aware go elsewhere people!

Why the problem isn’t with your mobile phone
The fault you’re experiencing is with your MiFi (mobile-broadband) service, which is supplied on the Three network. Your mobile phone, on the other hand, runs on the Plan.com platform. Because the two services sit on different networks, anything we do on the phone side can’t remedy a MiFi broadband issue—however similar the symptoms may look.
The quickest way forward
Please contact Three directly on 0333 338 1003 (or via the Three app/live-chat) with the MiFi SIM/serial number to hand; they have the tools to run remote diagnostics, issue replacement SIMs or hardware, and apply credits for any verified loss of service. If you need a copy of your MiFi account details to speed the call along, just let us know and we’ll send them straight over.

Connor the lad who I dealt with was spot on, communication was immaculate and there was no question or query he couldn't help with. Very patient with a small technical issue we came up against. Nice to know there are some cold call phone calls that can have a positive out come. Can't wait for my new phone

I was sceptical when I received a cold…

I was sceptical when I received a cold call from this company. It was flagged as a possible spam call but I decided to answer and hear them out. I was put throught to Neil who was polite and knowledgeable and answered any questions had with transparency. My new tariff has saved me £20 per month! I'm pleased I took the call!

Thanks to my ex

Thanks to my ex, she ruined my credit history, so nobody would trust me with a contract phone. I was called by Josh, then by Aaron, both of which provided an excellent service which under their instruction became clear, quick & easy. I promise to stick with this company in the future. However, they did call originally off a 0333 number which I never usually answer due to it being scam callers 99% of the time, but this time, I answered and I am glad I did. However, I have to give this a 4 star for now, until I see that my old sim only contract is paid off as told by Josh. I will revisit once that has been taken care of. Regardless, I appreciate the time you have given me and I hope you two have a nice time this summer because lord knows you deserve it! Thank you guys.

Jack went ‘ all out’ to provide me with a better network deal than the one I currently have. He answered my questions clearly, efficiently and provided various options to solve my network connection and billing issues. Josh is a superstar! If you’re weary about this company don’t be, they are amazing and 100% legit!

I had the pleasure of having Josh as my point of contact who has went above and beyond for me assisting me in everything I need and recommending the model of iPhone and Laptop he would chose as I was in 2 minds what to pick, he really cares for his customers I messaged him about having another mobile on my account and he rang me the next day and sorted it out there and then for my business partner and my staff. I honestly thought this company was a scam at the start when I kept getting calls then I thought bloody heck what have I got to lose. And to my belief the company is 100% legit, they send you out extra SIM cards which is also so handy for family members or work colleagues and staff, no more having to give my customers my private number now they can have our business mobile number! Thank you Josh. You deserve a pay rise. I look forward to hopefully ordering another phone for everyone to use for orders from my business.

I called through and came through to Aaron who explained everything very clearly. He went through my allowances and contract length in detail. He also gave me his direct dial number incase I have any issues going forward. In my opinion Aaron went above and beyond with me, treating me with respect and courtesy.
