My phone was due an upgrade and so I was passed on to Josh. He explained all the different phones and features and helped me decide the perfect phone for me. He has so much knowledge on phones and who has the best signal in different areas. He even got my bill reduced. He's the best and deserves a pay rise!

in 2024 I had a cold sales call from ComparetheNetworks.com. I was about to change the network because of signal issues. They offered a good deal from Three network and I migrated to Three. After migration within a week I realised the signal issue is there in Three network also. So, I requested them for a cancellation of contract to which they denied the cancellation and asked me to pay the whole 2 years contract money ( which anyways I was not going to pay). They also mentioned that if Three mobile confirms there is a signal issue they are happy to let go of me.
I called up Three and they were very supportive and confirmed the issue will not be resolved soon because of technical complexity in my area. But ComoareTheNetworks did not let me go even after this confirmation. They almost threatened me with all the charges and the way they spoke to me was very very rude. Since I had other things to attend, I continued with my life and in 2025, when I had some time - I some how manage to speak to Three again and again they were very very helpful and confirmed that I can leave Three since there is technical issues which they cannot resolve immediately. Again CompareTheNEtworks was NOT SUPPORTIVE AND CREATED a lot of issues. Ultimately - I manage dto move of their contract.
NEVER EVER FALL IN THE TRAP OF COMPARETHENETWORKS.com !!

Brian called from compare the networks a short while ago informing me my EE contract was “up for review”, told me my signal was poor and that I was paying too much. He could save me money. I do not personally have a contract with EE, I am unsure how he could possibly inform me of such claims other than to scam me out of more money. From reviewing other comments on EE and O2 websites, they appear to be a scam providing lengthy contracts and no cooling off period after finding out your 18 month contract has actually been signed up for 36 months, with higher costs involved. I also am unaware of how they are going to improve my signal, should I have an issue.
