I had call asking if I was near EE out of contract

I had call asking if I was near ee contract coming up for early renewal,I have. 6 contracts with ee..I was then put through to a guy called Josh,this guy was very easy to deal with and went through stuff slowly and it all made sense. Very good service sold me the deal.. cheers josh

The gentleman we had dealings with, Aaron Shenton was absolutely brilliant, he was a superstar, our bill has been significantly reduced and his help with everything from reading through contracts and explanations for every last detail was great, I can not fault him.

Comparethenetworks conned me to sell a business to business contract. The contract has no 14 days cooling off period. The salesman was pushy and took my details over the phone. It was not mentioned that I was signing a business contract. I DO NOT have a business. Customer care on the phone is extensive rude and do not listen. Their wording are your mistake if you signed. But I was never mentioned any such clause on the phone. The paperwork was rushed to have my name printed while the conversation was going on. There is abuse of mistrust, mis selling by keeping quiet if the clause that take away all consumers rights. Stay away from phone salesman and the company.

Great Customer Service and Amazing Deals!

Aaron was very helpful and efficient as I needed a new phone with a very specific camera function (for photographing fine detail close up shots) and ample storage. Aaron had in-depth technical knowledge of the different phones available and was able to recommend a great phone and deal to meet my needs and budget. I couldn’t have asked for more. I highly recommend Compare The Networks. Twice now they’ve come to my rescue and consistently offer brilliant customer service and support throughout. It’s also a bonus to speak directly to a person when you call them unlike so many other telecoms companies.

Cold call!

I thought companies needed consent from individuals before making cold calls. Clearly not the case, asked the call handler repeatedly were my number / information came from. Couldn't give me a straight answer. The call handler was rude & full of attitude, even laughing on the call. This is very concerning as my personal data is with this company & holding my data against UK GDPR rules.

i recently left a mobile phone company…termination fees

i recently left a mobile phone company three i dealt with this company through compare the networks,their termination fees were very high but have been covered by my new supplier Kynex,who have agreed settlement in full,however in the process of changing networks i had to deal with an operative who was both obnoxcious and unhelpfull making it very difficult for me to get the pat codes of my mobile phones.
He was both rude and threatening,and told me i also needed to pay a termination fee for leaving them,this was a figure in thousands,i feel it is unreasonable and wrong, he has now put this in the hands of a legal company who are charging me interest while waitimg to pursue this in i presume the court.
Networks such as compare the network have only one
motivation,to make money and treat everyday people in a crass way, i would not recomend this company to anyone
