Ordered item sold out at an event
I placed an order for this item. After some time I was informed that it sold out at a 5 day orienteering event. I expect that an accepted order is available to be send out to the buyer, not offered at an event.
Therefore it took a much longer time for this item to get to me.
I received a 10% discount for my next purchase from this company, which I probably won't do. I would have preferred a discount on the item as it was very delayed.
The item itself seems to be "what it said on the tin".
