As an extension to our product range, we also supply a wide selection of Daily Living Aids, many of which are manufactured in the UK. The name Connevans is derived from its founders Connie and Meurig Evans who started the company in 1961. Today Connevans is run by their son David and granddaughter Laura. There are a number of other family connections within the company, such as a Mother & Daughter and a God-father & God-daughter and we have to mention the occasional 'office dogs' like Pixel & Tara! With Connevans it is not just business, it's family, just one of the many reasons why we pride ourselves on a very high level of customer service. We are delighted with the kind comments we receive on Trustpilot and if a member of our staff is mentioned by name, we always tell them and thank them.

Great device.
I enquired before my purchase and received prompt and helpful advice.
Ordered item the next day which was a Friday. I hoped it would arrive Saturday but it was delivered on Monday morning, which was the next working day. I couldn't see a quicker option when ordering which is a shame as we needed to reconnect a phoneline asap. Nonetheless, the device was quick and easy to set up and is working well. A great alternative to a landline.

Ear gear hearing aid protection
I’m 78 and wear glasses. Six moths ago I got hearing aids and soon found that I kept knocking them off. I tried hearing aid clips which stopped me loosing them but are uncomfortable to wear.
I saw the advert for ear gear hearing aid protection with a loop to fasten them to my glasses. Despite the high price I bought a pair. Thank god I did, not only do they keep my hearing aids safe, they also cut out the noise of my glasses rubbing against my hearing aids. I never realised how much quieter it would be

Good price & good service.
Connevans had by far the lowest price for the batteries that I needed. Delivery may not have been as quick as some sites, but I was in no hurry and the item arrived safely and in no excess packaging.

I have dealt with connevans before I bought a phone for the deaf. Connevans were most helpful and very efficient.
My recent purchase of a vibrating alarm clock is very good.i had a few problems with the batteries but managed to find some. Connevans immediately sent me some batteries and they arrived next day. I used the tracking service and the clock was delivered within a couple of days. I will always use Connevans.

Their service was second to none. When I had a problem with Royal Mail with the package being lost they took over and and I had a replacement in days. Great service.
