They're the best on the market. Guy Marsh and Joey Ata are very reactive, professional and friendly, it was a real pleasure to go through them. Highly recommended!

First of all, thanks to the agent who was responsible of my case, I was able to get exactly the place I wanted. She helped me all the way through, viewing the flat through video (and it is exactly what I expected) and helping all the way through the acceptance etc and, it was not at all easy given that I am not really (or I was not) thr standard tenant case. But I managed, thanks to her help and I am very happy in Blackheath!

Georgina at Conran's has worked so patiently and professionally with my tenants, the contractors, the freeholder and me to get everything ship-shape in every instance, over years. I honestly couldn't have chosen a better management company for my 2 flats. The peace of mind I get from knowing Georgina/Conrans is on it, is no small feeling.

The review is purely based on the UI of their website and emails.
Your website probably has the worst User Interface and so hard to navigate through, is it not possible to make it more mobile friendly since we live in a mobile phones era? Same with the email templates - it is too much going on and so bad for the eyes 🤯

Conrans have been looking after my flat for 3 years.
They have always been friendly and very efficient.
Any problem alerted by the tenants has been swiftly dealt with.
Debbie, and lately Danielle from the Lee branch in SE London have been particularly good.
I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We're incredibly fortunate to have found the team at Conran Estates. We were struggling to find a house we liked within our budget, and needing guidance. We originally popped into the Charlton office and met with Michael on a Saturday morning. Michael sussed out what we needed very quickly, and lined us up for a viewing for two houses, one of which ended up being our first home.

We're really grateful for everyone at Conran - but Kellie deserves an extra special shout-out.
