Excellent customer service and price

I had difficulty finding this product available in the white. I had ordered from another supplier that supposedly had it in stock and still hadn't delivered after 2 months. I ordered from this company and had it within a couple of weeks. There was a slight delay which they kept me informed about. Cant recommend them highly enough for service...and cost as it was actually cheaper than my first company I had used!

Room for improvement.

I placed an order for 3 items making sure each item was in stock. Subsequently received an apologetic email explaining that one of the items was not in stock. I eventually received the package 3 weeks after ordering and found one item was missing. I got in touch and was emailed a form to print and sign before they would send the missing item. Once submitted, the missing item was sent very quickly. Both deliveries were poorly packed, massive boxes used for small items, no bubble wrap or paper used so the items just bounced around inside the boxes, fortunately no damage seems to have been caused, not sure how that was avoided. So, they got there in the end but there is clearly room for improvement.

Furthermore, we are very sorry that one of the items you ordered was not initially shipped with all of the other items you ordered. Unfortunately it seems that there was an error that resulted in one item not being shipped. Though as you say, the product was shipped immediately once the mistake had been identified. Great service, great product

I was after a crystal pint glass and found a plethora of them on the Internet.

The one by this seller caught my eye. It was solid looking, a great design and an excellent price.

I bought it when I saw it and received the customary emails regarding delivery.

The glass arrived very quickly. It is excellent quality and I couldn't be happier.

On the back of the overall customer experience I would absolutely recommend this seller and their products

Disappointed to say the least on the…

Disappointed to say the least on the web 3-5 days delivery was stated and boy did you fail on this one. It was birthday present and you missed by three days thanks guys. But don't worry I won't buy from you again in hurry.
It didn't move out of Holland for three days to add insult to injury and the DPD tracking app was next to useless in my opinion.

I can see in your order that it was shipped from our warehouse within the originally estimated time frame of 3-5 working days, but it seems that it did take a little longer than usual for DPD to get the parcel in transit from their depot.

Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, delivery services are under a lot of pressure at the moment and are experiencing some delays due to a very high volume of parcels, which means that the delivery time of may be slightly longer than estimated. Purchase of bakeware…

Everything about the experience of buying this product was extremely straight forward. Delivery was undertaken by DPD very efficiently. Will definitely buy from this Company in the future.

Great products and customer service

I ordered a large cutting board from Etrias. After doing some research they had professional quality kitchen items that maybe other online shops didn't have. The price was very reasonable as well. There was very good customer service along the way. I had questions about the item and was answered promptly. There was an issue as during delivery my item was damaged, but the company responded the next day and the issue was resolved. I loved the cutting board. The quality was fantastic.
