When completing the purchase I was a little concerned as I was informed the item would be 3 to 5 days to pick. I contacted customer services, they responded immediately. I explained the item was for a birthday present 4 days later, it was posted and arrived on the Friday from the Netherlands in time for the weekend and the birthday. Brilliant service, kept me informed throughout. thanks

Needed some BBQ fuel for our Lotus grill, our normal shop was closed due to the pandemic a quick search on the internet found for a great price. Quick delivery with notifications every step of the way. Now waiting for the sunshine to use it.

I was advised that the product was out of stock and that there would be a delay with the delivery. An approximate time frame was given which was really appreciated as we are in lock-down. The product was then delivered a week earlier so we were very happy.

The company were excellent throughout this transaction. However, I found the crystal glasses rather thick for our taste - this couldn't be seen from the illustration but they will be given as a gift or raffle prize to somebody else. Would not stop me from buying from Cookstore in the future and wish the company well.
