My partner and I are now in the pensioner years and I have a health condition so I shopped around a bit for cruise travel insurance,
Some companies wanted over 220 pound for a week which was ridiculous, the coop beat about 6 different companies and it was a lot less than most of them and everything was done online in about 5-6 minutes so top marks coop, 2 happy customers and we got a small discount with coop card.

My parked car was hit by a speeding driver. I wasn't in the car. Car was a write off. The driver who hit my car was insured. Co-op passed me onto Marker Study as my underwriter. Terrible comms. I had to do all the work. Hours and hours of emails. Took months to get my money. Absolute nightmare. Wouldn't recommend.

From the very beginning and never claimed before each call handler for Co-Op Pet Insurance made me feel relaxed and listen to me. They guided me through the process and reassured me of their support throughout.
Each move and claim was updated by emails and text, informing me of each costing and how the process was moving along.

Travel Insurance - Multi Trip/Couples
The Co-op I feel has always been a a good company for many, many years.
I bought the multi trip , couples, travel insurance - it was an extremely good price compared to other companies.
The cover itself is excellent, a really good cover overall - and you can add to it if you have any extras you’d need too.
Bought after an initial quote, which was easy to do/understand and the site itself is easy to navigate.
Overall it was very easy and straightforward to buy the insurance and the documents were sent quickly.
First time using the Co-op for travel insurance but would definitely do so again.
