I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Coppenwall Estate Agents both as a buyer and as a landlord, and they’ve been consistently impressive on every front.

As a buyer, the whole process felt smooth and well-supported. The team were proactive with updates, quick to answer questions, and genuinely helpful rather than pushy. They kept things moving and made what could’ve been a stressful experience feel straightforward. It was clear they knew the local market inside out, and that gave me a lot of confidence through the purchase.

On the other side, I now use Coppenwall to manage my rental property, and the service continues to be spot on. They’re responsive, organised, and take all the hassle out of being a landlord. Tenant issues are dealt with quickly, communication is clear, and they’re great at keeping me in the loop without dumping problems on me. Knowing the property is in safe hands has been a massive relief.

Having being a renter for a number of years ( having owned) it was a little nerve racking going back into property purchasing arena again! We found a property after only two viewings both with coppenwall. We found Ann who showed us round both of those both candid and refreshingly honest just by saying that she felt the second property felt more suited to us ( we had had the feeling as soon as we walked in) but it was nice to have that confirmed😀 the young ladies in the office ( Millie and Mia have been helpful at every stage during the process!
