I Paid 6000 From Start To Finish, Jason Won't Answer And I Texted The Number and Email 😡 How Can This Be Happening, Can Someone Help Me Or Point Me In The Right Direction? OMFG!!!!!! 😳

This so called company are scammers who are only interested in extortion and financial blackmail ..do not trust or use this company...they will steal your money. Because I wanted to cancel their incompetent inept web and email hosting service, they refused to give me my domain login details and now have have closed my website down and put a scam alert on my website Facebook page and google maps entry...I have reported them to the ACCC and Small Company Commission, here in Australia, who are in the process of closing these CRIMINALS down...I repeat, do not use this web design and hosting company..unless you like losing your hard earned money...check out all the other legitimate reviews online....they all say the same thing.... SCAMMERS!!!

This is the worst experience I have ever have working with a company. I have Core Wave Design built a website that has been useless. We just destroyed most of our inventory, because our customers cannot complete a order on the website. The project manager Jason doesn't answer our calls or return our calls. I am afraid of dealing with online companies, because it seems like most of them are scams

They are a scam!
They are unresponsive $ grabbers who intentionally "misunderstand" you're requests. 7 months to build a website that is still far from incomplete. One you request a refund according to their "satisfaction guarantee" policy, they block you. Do not go to them for anything.

the quality of the logo designs themselves was extremely disappointing. Instead of the professional and polished logos I was expecting, I received generic and amateurish designs that looked like they were hastily put together. None of them reflected the essence of my brand or conveyed the intended message for the login screen.

Very irresponsive. Since I Posted the negative review about them, they have suspended my account even though the hosting plan I bought is valid for another one and half year. Now my website is not working and I am loosing business. I sent email, called them, no response at all. Get ready, I am Suing your company.

I have been dealing with Marketing Companies over the last 3 years. All promise the moon and so far have fallen short except this company COREWAVEDESIGNS.com. 1st pricing is amazing...we love the product and service so much we plan on updating our site with their expertise. Service...fast,clear, responsive,to the point. Any challenge is handled quickly, now that's more like it. I gave them a 5 STAR review...only because there was no ''10'' Great work guys and Team Manager Harris... He is the MAN!

My site is still down, no one returns calls, emails very frustrated

I was charged to much for what they created. I was unable to log on and change anything. then I was contacted for more money something about bandwidth and I had zero traffic on site since created. I gave up and went back to Godaddy and am now creating my own site. I have asked for a refund but have not heard back from them and likely will NOT. Give them a miss! I was fleeced out of around $1000 for nothing

They are helpful in doing a fast design. They are hungry for money. Thr customer will be asked to pay extras all the time at ridiculous cost. It's better to deal with your local designer on the long run it will be cheaper. Your website will not be suspended due to running out of bandwidth after two months. While you thought you payed for a year of hosting. The cost of bandwidth is more than your Web design and hosting fees. Their prices keep changing with offers and talk to managers etc. To save myself money I decided to seek a local company and start again to avoid paying the cost of transfer of website of 600 dollars.

My experience with the company was fantastic, all queries were answered promptly, professionally. The service was excellent and we are extremely pleased with the results we’ve received.

The Team at Corewave took our website project and turned it into a brilliant piece offering user friendly experience and amazing response from the start to the finish , We have recommended them to many of our business partners and looking for forward to working with them in the near future . Great team to work with and highly recommended any other companies with an easy budget .

The video clip which the CoreWaves design team created conveyed the exact message and emotions that I was hoping to get across to the audience. Several people came up after the presentation and said how much they liked the video. I guess it was a nice change of pace from the usual plain and dry presentations. Couldn’t have been happier with the end results. The music which was chosen really helped to convey just the right emotions. Excellent video. Couldn’t have been happier. Thanks for all the help!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, WASTE YOUR TIME AND DISAPPEAR, NOT REPLYING TO TEXTS, PHONE CALLS NOR EMAILS. READ THE OTHER NEGATIVE COMMENTS. I DID AND DID NOT HEED THEM. LISTEN. BUYER BEWARE. SERIOUSLY! THIS IS A SHAM!
