Absolutely brilliant. Professional and prompt service. They cleaned up my hacked e-mail and restored my settings. Also helped with advice on how to manage several items plus gave advice with my one drive on backup and storage. I would recommend. My mind is at rest.

They are always very helpful, flexible and patient.

I liked that they were able to provide same day remote service after Windows changed my profile to a temporary one on my laptop.
They provided professional advice and guided me through the process of creating a new profile. This took over three hours and I thought the cost reasonable
I did not like that I was told they would ring me back
and they did not. I had to call them twice as he was on another job.

I am 81 years old and still prefer my quill pen and parchment.
