Pete is extremely competent and couldn't be more helpful or fair on his pricing if the tried.

I am a contract customer which gives me a 50% fee reduction. My request for help was responded to with an hour or two and the IT engineer worked hard to resolve my problem. It was late on a Friday so he agreed to continue working on the case on Saturday morning. In the end, the PC had to be taken in for work on the bench and was returned to me in good health on the following Tuesday. I am always very pleased with the service I get from COR solutions, prompt and good value.

A great little company. Friendly efficient service and good value for money. Been using them for years. Their remote support is really useful.

Cor Solutions responded immediately after I contacted them over the New Year Bank Holiday weekend and initially sorted out some suspicious activity on my 10 year old laptop by completely cleaning it, installing a top rated anti - virus programme, which has provided me with the ongoing protection that had previously been sadly lacking. They have now set up my new PC, moving across the data/photos etc, inserting some new software and then rounded this off with some remote support by setting up my printer and running through some of the changes with me. At last I have a PC I can trust and has the capacity and all the 'tools' required. Job done!
Customer service throughout has been brilliant. Peter Gypps, the ICT Support Manager, is clearly an expert in his field, communicates this well and was very patient with my limited understanding of anything 'technical'. I whole heartedly recommend this company and will call on them for any further support required.

Had an issue with Outlook on my computer .. which worked out to be a much more serious problem than first thought. I am O.K. when everything running smoothly .. but this was way outside my knowledge/expertise. Pete at COR dealt with this very professionally and quickly .. and at a very reasonable cost. Great to find someone who says they will do something by a particular time .. and then do it on time!!

When we were unable to get into both laptop and IPad after having changed network provider Peter sorted out the problem very quickly and efficiently. Tremendous personal service. Thank you.

COR solutions, of Hitchin, carried out an upgrade to the processor in my Lenove Laptop, and a general tidying up of my files. I had also suffered a loss of all my E Mail addresses. They managed to retrieve these and put me an improved E mail format. I could not believe how fast my processing was, with a very slick presentation. My computer now boots up in about 30 seconds instead of 10 minutes. The COR staff were very helpful in arranging the work to suit my timetable, and the cost was very reasonable

I broke my memory stick and was unable to access any of the data. COR were friendly and helpful and in a morning had retrieved my data and put it onto a new memory stick for me, such a relief!

Excellent and timely virtual response to urgent network problem.

I bought a new laptop and thought I'd let Microsoft-approved software manage the transfer. Big Mistake! It took 25 hours and wrecked both machines. Pete of COR Solutions to the rescue. He retrieved all of my data, reinstalled old and new software that I wanted, and tidied up generally. If I'd gone to this firm in the first place I'd have saved time and a lot of money. Ah, well...

Always quick and efficient, with good communications

My computer was not booting properly and I couldn't access any of the files on my hard drive, including years of family photos. The friendly team at COR Solutions were able to retrieve the data from my hard drive and get the PC working like new. Professional, knowledgeable and approachable team, couldn't recommend them highly enough. Many thanks!
