Most frustrating company ever!!!!
I ordered 2 items in November, did not hear if they received the order or when the status report. I contacted them, they told me not to worry.
My items still had not been delivered, they told me that the item was delivered. I checked with the delivery company who told me the sender-Cozyloves, would have to file a claim. Although I sent them screen shots of my conversations with the delivery company that clearly stated the sender must file the claim, they gave me the runaround and 45 e-mails later, they still have not filed a claim on my behalf. I have no product and they have my money. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE company to work with. I would never recommend them or use them again.

Horrible experience I would never use this company again. I do not like the product received, They keep asking me to keep it. My order was $145 they are offering $10 refund for me to keep the product. I am currently on reply number 6 trying to get the address I can ship the returns to. They keep replying with please keep it. Given the hard time I am getting I would not recommend anyone using this company. The product had more of a unisex fit rather than womens.

Item arrived far beyond arrival estimate.
Incorrect item, and clearly made of poor quality.
Would not either send me the correct item or give me a full refund.
They kept trying to up the partial refund amount and ghosted when I asked for a FULL refund or simply the correct item. Eventually, I had to get my credit card company involved.

They shipped totally wrong items, and they were CHEAP.

I ordered three items in my order. Two clothing items and one set of earrings, Once the order went through, I immediately saw that my order was accidentally placed twice so I contacted them right then to have one ordered cancelled, and I was told that it was too late to do anything.??? Which is crazy and frustrating. So I ended up waiting for both orders to arrive and the quality of the iron on wasn't to my liking (it looked different from the picture) and the fabrics of the two clothing items weren't soft at all. So, I decided to send everything back from both orders and they weren't ok with it. It took multiple emails to get any info out of them. First they only offered $15 which wouldn't even cover one order. They were claiming that shipping it back to china would be too expensive and time consuming for them. They never offered me a full refund. They were definitely lacking in customer service or being willing to bend over backwards to help me as their customer.

I ordered a christmas top from them, it looked lovely in the pictures but when it arrived it was nothing more than a tatty piece of rag only fit to wash the floor with. I immediately contacted their customer service department for their '30 days free returns' and so far they haven't sent me a returns address, told me it will cost 30 to 40 USD and they will deduct 8 USD for their postage. It is just a scam.

Their merchandise doesn’t even come close to the pictures and it’s made out of the cheapest material that you can imagine. Not worth the money end not nice enough to wear in public. I might use it as sleeve shirts, but I’m not sure I can stand the material. Don’t be conned photo shop does wonders for cheap and poor merchandise.

Total scam. I wanted to make a return on a shirt that was posted as my size but turned out to be about 3 sizes too small. They actually argued with me about whether or not I was correct! Complete scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!

Usually skeptical ordering from FB but liked the t-shirts so I ordered three. Really surprised by the quality and print of all three. I would order from this company again.

I found exactly what I was looking for and the quality is great. I got my T-shirt very quickly. I will defiantly shop with them again.

I ordered clothing in late December 2019 and after 2 emails to the given email address I received no reply, then in June 2020 my items arrived.

Ok so I’m back. After 90 whole days I finally received my Father’s Day shirts and they were nice. Although I eventually received the product I still would never order with this company again‼️

Just seems like another one of those chinese knock-off companies using other businesses images and badly replicating clothes with no regard to size or materials.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a shirt for Father's Day at the end of May. While placing the order it was stated that the shirt would be delivered in 7-10 days. I have emailed many times and the shirt has still not shipped. I was told when I emailed 3 weeks ago that they were getting with the production team and would get the shirt out quickly - well that was a lie because it has still not shipped. I will never order from this company again.

Terrible service 2 months and still waiting for my clothes and I cancel my order and now they dont return the money font buy here

Ordering was easy and my package came in the time they said it would and the product turned out great. Would definitely buy from this company again!

I placed my order on 5/21 figuring a month prior to Father's Day would be adequate. I ordered 3 tshirts for a cost of around 80 bucks. Started emailing and tried to call only to get the pre-written response forms and never ever actually talking or getting an authentic response from anybody even when responding to this stupid form responses. Filled out the form to cancel, got an email saying that I could not, that it was already printing and was due to ship on 6/19???? Seriously, today is 7/10.

I bought my dad a shirt for Fathers Day and loved it. The shirt runs big which is perfect because it shrank slightly in the wash. Very happy with our purchase
