Got to say I really did panic when I…

Got to say I really did panic when I read the other reviews on here when I realised I had to return my cosy nappy for an exchange. But wow! I have had an amazing experience with top customer care. My brother had ordered my son’s cosy napper for his Christmas. Turned out it was too small and he needed the larger size. Contacted Cosy nappers by email and Harris replied with details on how to exchange our product. Unfortunately the character that we had originally was now out of stock, but they offered any of the other characters that were still in stock. They then didn’t charge any more for the switch. I returned my original order and the replacement was with me within days. Felt I really had to come on here to give them their due, as the other reviews are pretty damning, but my experience really has been the opposite.

I was very nervous because I didn’t get…

I was very nervous because I didn’t get an acknowledgment of my purchase but the money cleared very quickly. I was right to be nervous. Tried to contact the company but no reply. Looked at the reviews on here and thought I’d got scammed so contacted my credit card company. Intending to raise a dispute later I went to the door and found the products outside, so delivered in less than 48 hours. I was happy with what they sent to be honest and sent them an email with advice about lack of contact. I had asked for a refund thinking it might be a bogus company but they did eventually reply and gave me instructions on how to start a refund, however I’d decided to keep the items. Two weeks in and the zip has broken and despite several emails I have heard nothing about replacement or refund. Avoid like the plague

Terrible company. Took payment, no product, atrocious customer service, happy I got my money back through my bank.

Charged twice, no communication

Have been charged twice for one item and never received any confirmation of the order, which hasn’t arrived, from them. Have now emailed and messaged them three times and they haven’t responded

Scammers

Ordered 2 as my grandsons want them for Christmas, waited a few days as it stated that they would be here in 2 days. Thought I would check emails and had nothing to say I had even brought them! No answer when I have emailed them and the phone number dont get answered! Luckily its on my banking that I have paid them money so I have 2 cases with the bank now. Yes I will get my money back through the bank but who needs all this on top of Christmas! Wishing i had checked reviews 1st but thought the cosy napper official website would be legit. I was wrong! Do not waste your money they are SCAMMERS!

No response from Customer Services

Ordered a product as a gift as previously one for my grandson was a hit. Unfortunately this one is faulty and I cannot get a response from Customer Services.
As I now see from others I am not the only one - they are keen enough to take your money but no good at sorting out any queries.

Didn't get what I ordered, cheap and nasty, scam, rhey take your money and you receive crap, the same company is also the Australian cosy nappers, just a different coloured logo, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They don't respond to emails.not as fluffy as the picture shows

I need to return as it’s to small it was for my daughters birthday present she loves it but can’t use it as long as you’ve got my money nobody cares about my experienceI can’t get in touch with anybody I’ve emailed, phoned know one picks up nobody has got back to me its disgusting

Do not use this site!

Agree, with the terrible reviews.

I then tried to leave two bad reviews on their website ( which has nothing below 4 star glowing reviews) these bad reviews are intercepted by a third party review site called Judge Me, and are published on there, but never appear on Cosy Nappers website!! Wish I had checked Trust pilot first.

They don't offer refunds or returns

They don't offer refunds or returns! I bought one for my son. It was too small. Tried to return/refund but they don't do this and instead was offered 30%refund but being left with a product that we can't use.

As soon as I took the sleeping bag out of its packaging, the zipper broke on the very first pull — the flimsy plastic just snapped. I emailed Cosy Nappers twice over the course of a week and received no response. Even at the so-called 'half price', it still cost nearly £40 — for that, I could have bought a full-sized adult sleeping bag with far superior quality. Disappointing product aside, it's the lack of customer service that really lets this company down. Issues can happen, but it's how a business responds that makes all the difference — and in this case, they didn’t respond at all.

Extremely bad company

Extremely bad company as I’ve paid for an item which got lost at the delivery depot and I’ve sent untold messages as I had problems from the start as I had no tracking but then received and email with tracking and no emails since even though I’ve emailed over 10 time within the last 2 weeks and I’ve called the number over 30 times and it just rings all the time
