The worst company I’ve ever dealt with

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Products arrive promptly but extremely poor zips (broken on first use). Customer service is non existent. I returned a faulty napper, no refund given, 8 emails sent to them begging for a reply. I would NEVER recommend them. Save your money and buy a HAPPY NAPPER

Absolutely awful customer service.
Bought 2 of the larger size for my sons for Christmas. One broke on the second use with the zip failing. Have been trying for a month to get a response to have a replacement but nobody replies. There isn’t a contact number to call so it’s just a waiting job on email. Just awful. Never buy from this company! Complete waste of money.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I would give 0 if I could. What an awful company. Ordered 3 in September £113.97 of order for it to never turn up. Numerous emails which have had either ignored or no help at all. Saying dpd are investigating. Luckily paid through PayPal so now started a process to get refund. Hope I actually do. Stay clear of this company like the plague

Would give zero stars if I could for…

Would give zero stars if I could for their customer service.
Ordered two cozy nappers for my kids at the end of November. Never received one of them and when I really contacted them about it, they told me the cut off had passed. I was abroad over Christmas/New Year and only realised that the second was not in the package when I got home.
Have had only one response and nothing since. Dreadful experience and unfortunately will not use or buy from the company again. Very disappointing as my kids loved them.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company! Trying to exchange one of the bags for a larger one. Repeated emails sent to both email addresses. No response and left with a product that is no good to me and no refund! Terrible customer experience

Appalling

Need to return a duplicate item and have had zero response to emails and calls. Judging by the rest of the reviews, this is the way they do business. It is the lowest of the low when companies do this, appalling way to run a business and they should be ashamed of themselves.

I purchased from this company which was really easy. I purchased a cosy napper for my nephew for Christmas. The zip broke after a week, I have emailed the company three times and telephone twice but no one responds.
DISGUSTING company stay away!!!

The service from straight was very…

The service from cosynappers was very good at the start, as l sent for the wrong size l reordered, and that was pretty much sent straight away, and my money refunded for the original one.
My grandson was delighted with it and l was pleased with the quality of it, unfortunately 2 days later the zip broke, l have emailed and tried phoning cosy nappers but to date no joy. An exchange or something towards replacing the zip would be appreciated???

STAY WELL CLEAR!!!!!!

Rubbish, DO NOT purchase from this company.
Items arrive but zips broken.
NO customer service numbers or emails are answered.
PAYPAL refund service is a waste of time as well.
I wish I’d looked at the reviews first, shocking!!!
It’s a pity Paypal don’t protect its users as well by monitoring disputes to repeat companies !!

Don't buy from this company

The same as everyone else. Zip broke just after using for 3 days, was bought for grandson for Christmas. Have tried and tried to get in touch. No one answers the phone and sent numerous messages and there not cheap, going to contact consumer rights, beware dont buy from this company you will be wasting your money

Zip broke in my 4 year olds hand first…

Zip broke in my 4 year olds hand first time using it on Christmas Day resulting in a very upset child on Christmas Day .
Contacted Cosy nappers on Christmas Day- no answer, emailed again in the new year, again no answer. Contacted them via website and again no answer. Very very disappointed with such terrible customer service

Not happy

Not happy! We bought our daughter a cosy napper for Christmas this year, it's now the 9th of January, she only slept in it handful of times before the plastic zip snapped and broke. I have sent emails, tried the live chat and tried calling them. No response or acknowledgement whatsoever. AVOID!

Avoid

No reply to email, chat, or phone calls since end of December. No customer service at all, never experienced a company like this before.
Would never recommend this company to anyone. Only gave one star as that was the minimum available!

Avoid this company!

Beware!! Bought as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter but arrived with a broken zip.
Tried contacting the seller numerous times by the phone numbers provided but no one answered.
Tried the website comments section and their support email address but still no response.
Gave the benefit of the doubt due to the holiday period but still heard nothing so contacted Paypal. PayPal have been no help whatsoever, saying I waited too long to contact them!
Even without this issue the item is of very poor quality! Please don’t waste your money.
