Purchased one for my eldest. It broke (buttons fell off). Despite this my youngest wanted one for Christmas so we thought maybe it was a one off. It wasn't! Zip broke off on Christmas day... Made contact with support but heard nothing back.

Recieved as a gift, zip broke within hours company a scam items disappeared off website and no reply

SCAM company - purchased what I thought was an official “ happy napper” which turned out to be a fake. Item arrived days before Christmas and was ripped. Nobody answered the phone, nobody replied to emails and so I did a claim through PayPal. Luckily I got a full refund as they didn’t reply to PayPal but to do this to families buying gifts for children is disguisting. Do not purchase from them!! Complete scam.

Recently ordered from this company. 1 item ordered was never delivered. I contacted the company several times and sent pictures etc but never had any reply from the company. Still awaiting the item I paid for.

I would give this company no stars (not even a company, complete scam). Ordered a dehumidifier beginning of November costing £79. As soon as order went through I realised it was a scam as I did not receive an order number or confirmation email. I tried to stop the payment via my bank but it was too late!! A few days later I received tracking details via Shop, the tracking was from a company in the USA called Briava (this was part of the scam) as the the package was coming from China. Received the package today 14th December which was a cheap gold plated bracelet!! Please do not order from this website as it is fake and a SCAM

Product didn’t arrive, requested a refund and they said as I denied a replacement I am not entitled to a refund?! Which btw is totally breach of contract for consumers rights 2015!!!

I wish I checked trust pilot first!!

Update: they have now ignored my emails for 2 weeks since initial complaint.

Great product! One of the two items ordered didn't arrive, as the parcel had been opened, the customer service was amazing and they sent a replacement the next day! Amazing company, thank you :)

Ordered a dehumidifier....no confirmation email....took my money. No reply to my emails....SCAM!!! DO NOT USE!!!!!

Complete scam. Haven't received the item, didn't receive a confirmation email, haven't received a reply to my email to customer services.
Oh and they don't offer PayPal. Now I realize why.

Welcome bought a dehumidifier from this company. They sent us a child's ring and no dehumidifier. They do not respond to messages or emails. It appears to be a scam.

I cannot fault this company! Cosy nappers are fab for kids! I’ve 5 year old twins who are absolutely delighted with them. Was a slight delay in them arriving but I was contacted and reassured then compensated with a watch! I can’t thank customer service and the company enough

Terrible company. I waited a long time for my order and every time it was supposed to be shipped the date got pushed back again and again. I emailed numerous times and called and had no replies. I had to purchase the sleeping bag from a different company that were very helpful. I wouldn’t buy from here because you won’t get your parcel and won’t get your money back either.

Rubbish product & horrendous customer service! Do not buy from this company!!! I bought two identical cosy nappers in May ready for our summer camping trip. My kids were thrilled however they have been a huge disappointment, the poppers that enable the sleeping bags to fold up just pull straight out of the fabric on use. This happened to me with both identical sleeping bags. They are therefore not fit for purpose as they are incredibly bulky to carry without them being poppered up. Helen in ‘customer service’ has said this is ‘wear & tear’ and not a manufacturing fault! Absolute rubbish when this was their first use and the same issue happened with two identical bags. It’s clearly a fault they are aware of! After getting nowhere with customer services I am now contacting trading standards.

Do not buy from this website. Ordered an Ooni Karu 12, not received, no confirmation, no order number, nothing, took the money and unable to contact them.

Proceeded to pay for the item and was prompted to download the shop pay app. The payment went to a lady named Erika Budrovich L not cosynapper which made me suspicious. The shop pay app did not release a tracking number therefore I decided to cancel the sale by contacting the provided address and Erika Budrovich L's email. Both emails bounced back. The transaction is still pending however I cannot cancel at my end because HSBC says that the payment needs to be received before I can rise a dispute which is all the more frustrating having to stress about getting your money back from a fraudster when they could just not release the funds. It s my fault! I should have checked these people out before committing to the purchase. Keep away from these people it s a scam. Pay also attention to the fact that there is cosy nappers and cosy napper, this review is about the latter.

I ordered here thinking I was on the happy nappers site. This isn’t the same as the company that’s advertised on tv. Although my sleeping bags did come next day and they are very good , I’m just shocked I thought it was the happy nappers brand so look carefully , I just hope it isn’t a dodgy site as obviously payed via card so they would have my details

I wish I had looked on Trust Pilot before ordering - I ordered as the reviews on the site were good, and it appeared as a recommended item on Google. Our order hasn't arrived, the communication is poor, I've effectively been told 'it's a problem with the courier', not us.

If that's the case - and is the result of all these negative reviews - I'd suggest changing the courier? But I don't believe that's the case. I've requested a full refund as it's yet to arrive and they can't give me any details about how or when it will get to me, or where it is now.

According to the tracking info it's been out for delivery for over a week and 'arriving today' for the past eight days...

Ordered for my granddaughter unfortunately someone else ordered her something similar contacted cosy nappers I had to meet the cost of returning £9.39 no return labels provided please beware this company do not except returns before 10am no mention of this in the policy or over the weekend so it gets sent back i am a pensioner who is now out of pocket emails back and forward to Michael no customer care at all could care less attitude.
Have some empathy for your customers.
