Still waiting on an order after a…

Still waiting on an order after a month. Numerous emails. No response, other than the initial scripted one everyone has received from Adam….. Strange that you can still order the seemingly out of stock items from the website…. A seller must notify a consumer if an item is out of stock before they make a purchase so why can I still purchase one today!!!!!

Scam

Ordered it online. Have received nothing. No replies to emails sent. Phone number they have provided goes straight to voicemail. Currently trying to get money back with bank. Advise against buying anything from them.

SCAM

Same issues as everyone else, placed an order in November for 48 hour delivery, still now waiting for my order, "Adam" had previously replied to an email stating they had over sold their stock, looks like a generic email we're all receiving, I have tried emailing again requesting a refund and no reply, can't even find a telephone number or complaints department to contact. Definitely a SCAM!

SCAM

SCAM! Same as others put in an order, received order confirmation, no item received. Adam (obviously fake) said there was delays and it would be received between 8-12 December. Have reported the company for fraud, reported them to EU and UK authorities and requested money back from bank so hoping to get that back. Hopefully whoever is behind this scam of a company gets arrested!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I placed an order for 2 sleeping bags on 11/11/2023, I received a confirmation email and the money has been taken from my credit card account. I emailed on 19/11/2023, asking for an update as no items arrived. On 20/11/2023, I received an email from Adam stating the Green Dino was out of stock expected 27-30/11/2023. I stupidly chose the option for both items to be shipped together. Since then I have repeatedly tried to contact the company, in all available routes but getting no response. I have made a claim to my credit card company. Unfortunately when I ordered there was only good reviews visible.

I made an order and received nothing I received an order confirmation then an e mail saying it was going to be delayed. I waited the 3 weeks then nothing. Tried phoning and e mailing nothing. I believe this company is a scam and would recommend not to use. I ordered another similar item from Amazon and received it the next day. Wish I had done that in the first place.

Same as everyone else on here. Ordered 4 bags for my children on Black Friday offer for next day. Didn’t hear anything for weeks after trying to contact via email and phone. Received an emails 4 weeks later saying they were being shipped out and were to arrive between 8th and 11th December. Never showed. Number now removed from the website. Have filed a dispute with the bank to get my money back.
Absolute scam. AVOID!!

Cosynappers are a scam website

Ordered 4 Cosy nappers four weeks ago, thinking they would be here well before Christmas. Nothing has arrived and I have had no replies from the emails I have sent them. This is clearly a scam, please do not buy from this website.

Definitely Dodgy website AVOID!…

Ordered 2 sleeping bags on 8th November.
1 arrived, the 2nd has never appeared. Tried emailing a few times. No reply. Rang many times but the phone rings out, then says number unavailable. When i tried to track the missing parcel, it could not be found.
Can't return the sleeping bag I received as website asks you to contact them first, but, as they ignore emails.....!
No paperwork in package. The bag received was thin, poor quality, and not worth the money.
Am presently in negotiations to get my money back from my credit card.
Definitely a scam.

1* is probably being generous! I placed an order on the 24th November for 2 items and received a confirmation order email within minutes and another not long after saying my order was being prepared and would be delivered next working day. Two weeks later nothing had arrived so sent an email with no reply a couple of days later sent another email with no reply a couple more days passed and sent a third email and surprise surprise no reply. No 3 weeks later I have called the contact number four times and each time it’s just a prerecorded message saying nobody is available to take my call please try later. They were very quick to take my money and yet I’m still waiting. AVOID at all costs absolutely disgusting

Scam and have taken money but no items…

Scam and have taken money but no items delivered.

Like many others, I ordered items from this company and all looked OK. Got confirmation and then another email confirming order was processed and would be sent next day delivery. That was 23rd November and nothing received. Tried to call them but number is not valid.

Emailed and no response.

Avoid at all costs. Dispute claim submitted with bank and hoping to get money back. Also reporting for fraud.

Update: 18/12
So I've just received an email from support saying delays are due to customs holding on to items for no reason.

3 of the 4 items I ordered are apparently available so why not just send them and then deal with the 4th item later with an email. Why has it taken nearly 4 weeks to send this email. Totally unacceptable.

Next issue is that you have to reply to email to tell them what you want to do and low and behold, email bounce back as domain not available. When will this nightmare end. Bank investigating so hope to get money soon

Delivery and communication issues are unacceptable.

I ordered a cosynapper on 23 November by "Next day delivery - tracked" When nothing appeared, I contacted the company to be told there was a stock problem but more was coming and I would get the delivery between 7 and 11 December.
I emailed on 6 December for confirmation things were still on track - no reply.
Starting on 11 December, I tried phoning the numbers given. A recorded message always said no-one was available. I filled in the seller's online form - no response despite stated 24-hour response policy. I also emailed, getting no reply. Eventually on 15 December I got an email to say the shipment was held up, but offering a substitute product that would be dispatched for next day delivery. I accepted, and got a message to say I would be refunded £5. Later on 15 December, I got a message to say my order had shipped and was on its way. Nothing appeared on 16, 17, or 18 December and the tracking link indicated there was no information about my parcel. I tried to email the company that day using the correct email address, as before, and got "undeliverable" messages. Eventually, the shipping link went live to say the parcel had been picked up from the supplier at 1620 on 18 December. [NOT shipped on 15 December, as notified] It was eventually delivered on the afternoon of 20 December, too late to be included in the box of Christmas gifts couriered to my family 400 miles away. I had to incur the cost of an expensive express delivery service to dispatch it in time to arrive for Christmas.

We sent it onwards in a rush, with no time to unpack and examine it, so I cannot testify to the quality of the product.

Non existent customer service

Cosynapper arrived and was stored for a month as for a Christmas gift. Upon opening one of the Poppers was not attached to the material and a hole in the place. Nobody answers the phone, 4 days later I recieved a reply to my email requesting more photos. I replied straight away. 2 weeks later and I am still awaiting any subsequent reply. This is a Christmas present for my daughter and I am very disappointed and not wanted to pay out another £50 to fulfill her Christmas wish of having one!

SCAM !!!!!!! Don’t order anything

SCAM !!!!!!!! I ordered a napper on 15th November.I had no confirmation email.I have still not received the item.I’ve messaged them through their website and also sent an email and the phone line was not accepting calls.This morning I have been on the website and they have changed their phone number address and also their email .I have emailed them again.I will be contacting my bank and also Trading Standards.
UPDATE….My bank deposited the amount spent at Cosy Nappers into my account( Halifax) and said they would be contacting Cosy Nappers for an explanation.
Then I recieved an email from Cosy Nappers saying the chosen product was unavailable and they were going to issue me with a substitute . I replied saying I didn’t want a substitute just a full refund. I have now received the refund !!
