My order finally arrived today, typically just after I panicked and bought one from somewhere else as this is what my daughter had asked santa for.

Ordered 2 sleeping bags mid November. When they hadn't arrived in the stated 2 days I emailed and got a response from someone called Adam saying that one of then was out of stock. I was given the option of sending the one which was in stock and I received this promptly. However now a month later and the other one has not arrived and no reply to multiple emails make me believe that it is likely not going to arrive. Hopefully I can order elsewhere in time for Christmas as its what my 2 year old has asked for from santa.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Two sleeping bags ordered beginning of November for end of November dispatch. Taken my money and have never received the items ordered. Numerous emails and daily phone calls made to company with no response

PLEASE REPORT TO TRADING STANDARDS. I have been in contact with them and they will not action unless more reports are received. Please call Citizens Advice consumer helpline: 0808 223 1133.

As so many others have said this is a scam company that does not deliver any products. Avoid.

Placed my order on the 5th November not received a thing!! Ordered 2 sleeping bags for my kids for Christmas my emails are being ignored the phone number on the website does not work, absolute joke of a company I’ll be reporting to trading standards and getting my money back from the bank!

Appalling service - no replies to emails, no one answering the phone and 3 weeks later - taken my money yet I have no product! For my daughters' christmas presents too.

Ordered 24th November. No email confirmation/ delivery information. No response to online enquiry forms, voicemails or emails. I’m now having to submit a transaction dispute with my bank. Avoid.

Appears to be a fake website that has taken my money. When you search Happy Nappers, google sponsored website and shopping comes up with Cozy Nappers. All looks identical to Happy Nappers. The website had a slight bug which I thought was odd but still purchased. The order went through but nothing has arrived a month later. Someone responded to me on Instagram messages but likely a bot. Needs to be shut down

Ordered one in early November for my nephew and it came within days, my other nephew and daughter wanted one so ordered 2 more around the 12.11.23 and had nothing. I only got a reply when I raised a dispute via clearpay saying to expect them around the 11.12.23 but still nothing. Even clearpay is still waiting for their response. Absolute joke so close to Christmas. I’ve had to get replacements from elsewhere and yet they’re still selling items

No confirmation of order and no sign of the product. Also nobody answers their email. Definitely a scam.

No email response and none of the phone lines are active. Super dodgy, have filed a fraud claim after spending £145 with them

Placed an order of 2 sleeping bags on the 14th November and still no order , no communication or reply to numerous emails and only a recorded message when you call !! How is this company still running , fuming as was bought by my 15 year old daughter for her siblings that she saved for and now £100 out of pocket

How this company is still trading is a concern .. still haven’t received my order from 18/11/2023 and like many others it seems, no communication acknowledged. I feel saddened that there are companies/people who take pleasure in scamming customers at such a time when money is tight for most.

UPDATE
Since writing this review I have been in contact with the company numerous times with no reply. Even on instagram where they have read my messages and ignored them!!!

I stupidly placed an order at the beginning of December without checking here at the reviews.
My order has not been shipped ( stated next day shipping!) and they’ve not replied to any of the 4 emails I’ve sent and the phone line is not available….. I suspect, looking at the other reviews that this company is a scam.

I will be reporting this company to trading standards and if you’ve experienced similar treatment to myself, I’d urge you to do the same. Terrible company.

Ordered a cosy napper for my daughter for Christmas took payment says next day recorded delivery been 3 weeks and numerous emails sent and no replies 😑

Never received item ordered 17th November be aware!!!! Rang phone number not recognised no reply from email

I ordered from this company on the 10.11.23, they still haven't been delivered and no tracking number available.
I've emailed them on numerous occasions regarding the matter the first reply was to expect delivery on 27th/30th November, it didn't turn up.
The second reply was an apology for the delay and to expect delivery on 8th/11th December today's date.
Still nothing has arrived, both replys were sent from the manager called Adam.
I'm biggining to think they will never arrive, seems to be a scam as they won't let you cancel the order either.

Despite emailing this company and telephoning, I have not had a reply or a telephone call to inform me where my order is. I have contacted my credit card company to try and get my money reimbursed. I see I'm not the only person to receive a terrible service from this company. So angry

SCAM - Placed an order on 1/11/23 and was told to expect delivery towards the end of November, when I couldn't get through via telephone and received no replies from emails I checked this site and see I'm not alone. How is their website still up and running!! Now left trying to get my money back through the bank.
The company that owns Cosy Nappers is actually called Quadrio Ltd and the only director is Mohammad Azhar Vahora, I hope he sleeps well at night!!
