Like others, no delivery, no reply to emails. Going to try and get money back from the bank and contact trading standards to get the website shut down as people will still be buying from them as xmas approaches.

Have had the same experience as many others. Ordered on 22 November. My money has been taken, no sleeping bag delivered, no response to my emails. DON’T Order from this company. Absolute rubbish.

Ordered end of November, has not arrived, no response to emails and phone just goes to voicemail. Terrible that someone can do this as a scam. Daughter will be upset and now we are out of pocket. Will report and try and get money back from credit card. Please do not buy from this company.
