Poor Delvery
I have had some considerable difficulty with deliveries from Cotton Traders recently, my last two orders being delvered to an address half a mile away. I am now stll waiting for an item ordered on 15th April. If these problems persist I shall stop buying from Cotton Traders.

Just Amazing Service
My wife and I have visited Cotton Traders outlet twice recently in Cadbury Garden Centre, Congresbury and received simply outstanding friendly and efficient service from Holly & Sally, both great Ambassadors for the brand! They were so helpful and knew their product well - which today is quite rare in the retail sector. A thousand thanks, Holly & Sally - we'll definitely be back soon!

Great customer service
Sally and Holly went out of their way to help with my recent purchase of a jacket which although discontinued Sally tracked down for me at another store. Really good all round customer service.

Always a good selection avaliable, prices good with plenty of discounted cloths also. Good range of sizes especially for the larger person. Staff always nice and cheerfull. Always look forward to go there. Highly recommended

When offered a free gift if you spend over a certain amount it should apply to any purchases exceeding that amount. I bought a coat that was reduced but spent over the nominated amount only to be told that in the very small print reduced items are excluded. Why, when I spent the amount required,

I ordered on line click and collect. When I went to collect I noticed my exact pair on sale! Correct size and everything wow I thought £10 off When I pointed this out to the assistant she couldn’t have been more helpful in assisting me. Yes I was very pleased with my order.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Item that was too large was replaced within a couple of days. New size is perfect. The free return at store was made so easy, the assistant in the store suggesting I browsed whilst she processed the paperwork.

I orderd a pair of mens slippers on line on 10th December for click and collect still no item on the 18th Dec had not arrived at my local store was told it was on it way and had a email .but later when i chassed it up and rang store was told thay had ran out of stoke and i had to have a refund really anoyed because it never said that at anypoint and it was a christmas present so no time to order anything else in time it should of said on website if it was out of stoke not let me go a head and order item .really bad customer service and website advertising .
