Beyond Impressed!

Used Courier Point to schedule a shipment from the UK to USA, Fed Ex. There was a hiccup in the scheduled pickup, but Courier Point rescheduled. Everything went to schedule and received in record time! 2 days...I just couldn’t believe the package arrived that quick! Also, the absolute cheapest shipping that I have found, including frieght forwarding on cargo ships. Will definitely use this service to ship all our imported items!

On time, but the items were damaged.

I have used courierpoint (FedEx) twice in the last two months. They were on time and i could track my parcels both the times. However, the first time the boxes arrived completely destroyed but my items were all ok (i have the picture of the boxes), while the second time, despite we packed them better and with a lot of extra layers, the items inside were broken. Besides, Be careful with the extra charge...only yesterday i realised that they took from my account additional £35 after the first parcel.

Packages sent through a courier network are travelling in vans among with many more parcels. It is really important to remember that the driver may put something on top or next to your package. Horrid company to use

Horrid company to use. I had a large shipment from NZ to the UK. A consignment of 9 parcels. 6 arrived without fault and now they tell me after paying £1,100 that I have to pay an additional £87.00 for parcels already delivered. No proof of the charge, Just a screenshot of whatever the hell it is. I use couriers all day long to move things around the world and never had a problem like this. They have lost three to god knows where. Not returned to sender, no explanation given. I paid for a service and they have lost part of the shipment. I was also charged an additional cost of nearly £60 to collect from a rural area and they didn't. My client had to drive to another town to drop of this consignment. Absolutely shocking. Furious doesn't cover it!

Also having checking our records, we can see that no one has contacted us about missing parcels prior to this one star comment. Otherwise we would automatically query the charges with TNT/FedEx and the invoice for additional charge would not be raised.

Great service at a great price

Once I signed up, I found their service to be very clear and straight forward. My parcels arrived 4 days earlier than scheduled. And they were certainly the best on price, communication with them was clear and straightforward. Very good.

Great Rates and Service

I have been booking most of International couriers through counterpoint for the last few years. They have always had the best rates and everything has always worked out well with all the bookings I have done through them. Will recommend them for sure.

Parcel never reach the destination

Parcel never reach the destination, returned to the original address. No stamps on the parcel so i don't think this even leave UK... customer service also not very helpful...i contacted them and they promised me to give me update and after 3 days of no update parcel returned at original address...Customer service phones not in use due to covid 19, so can't be reach on the phones, only can get help trough e-mail... DO NOT USE!!!

PS: all the paperwork was on the parcel plus phone number of sender and receiver, no one phone neither me or the receiver!!! I followed all the instructions and it is not true the phone is working, no answer from all the time I tried to call customer service.

From what I can see in our system, your goods have been returned due to missing paperwork.
I can also see that we have fully refunded you for the service a week ago, so your review is quite surprising.

Besides, our customers can reach us on 02087318653 from Tuesday till Thursday and every working day via our live chat, so this is not true that emails are the only way to contact us.

Booking system not easy user-friendly

I didnt find the booking system user friendly and at times it didnt work so I had to complete the booking a number of times -
but from pick up to delivery the service was great
