I bought a Gucci cardigan with only 4 stars and was ready to spend some time to restore it’s initial good look. But the item I got in my parcel was impeccably clean and almost new, it didn’t have any lint or stretch marks on the fabric. It looks gorgeous!

Found an amazing pair of Gucci sandals brand new for a great price and had them in just two days! Love how easy and fast it was.

In regards to consigning with them, I had taken about 20 Items in and of course they where sold at different times. They were very accurate with payment as well. Thank you COUTURE USA!!!

The bag was nice, but the handle got detached. The handle screw was not strong enough. I was disappointed on this.

Nice selection of designers and designer pieces. The young lady who was there during my visit was knowledgeable about the items in stock on display and what was available additionally in the back stock. She was extremely helpful, pleasant and friendly!
