My LV agenda arrived in great condition exactly as described. It looks even better than in the pictures! The outer cover, rings and credit card slots are pristine. One flaw on the inner flap of the agenda was disclosed in the pictures and for the condition of the agenda and the fair price I am ESTATIC to have added this to my LV collection.

I had my order canceled and suspected of fraud for no entire reason. I then had to reorder at a later date and the item which was a gift for my terminally ill aunts birthday still hasn’t come smh. I’ve never felt so hurt and confused in my life.

Happy with LV Wapity case. Is gently used as described. Shipped promptly. Always happy that Couture USA has good return policy as opposed to bag purchases from a very large consignment shop that doesn’t accept returns on bags. I’ve bypassed many expensive items there because of that. Appreciate that Couture allows buyers to look at item in hand.
